He was rescued by an organization in the Tampa/St Petersburg area called "CatCall" (http://www.catcall.org) They do good work... October was actually at the Hillsborough county animal control center on "death row" when he was rescued~! He is a very sweet cat and gets excited about everything. He has gigantic ears.
