In the land of political beliefs, there exist two types of liberals- those that insult anyone whose beliefs differ from their ideas and those who listen and exchange information with those whose convictions differ from their own. Michael is the second type and most likely my favorite liberal on tribe. He votes for Kerry in 2004 but he votes for Kerry, knowing exactly for whom and for what he votes. While I cannot agree, I most certainly can respect.
