My roommate found out I filed a police report of extortion against him as well as moved out with the majority of my belongings. He has not only threatened to kill me on the phone but said in an email he will do bodily harm to me if and when he sees or finds me. I've contacted the police but an actual report will take 7 to 10 days. Restraining orders take 2 days and would require me to miss work which could get me fired.

In the next few days I will be deleting this account to further protect myself.

If anyone emails you requesting information on me, PLEASE do not give it. He may very well offer a "reward" for my location. There are many things he is lying about and he has shared those details of what he is telling my profile "Friends" and my employer.

My pissy letter to the chief of Police in Austin:

I want to know why it takes an investigator 7 to 10 days to respond to a call from someone who wants to press charges / file a complaint against someone who has said he (X Hutchinson) "is going to kill me." I can understand 24 hours but 7 to 10 days!?


I'm currently waiting for a call I hope I'm still alive or the guy who has threatened to both kill me and said in an email that wants to do bodily harm to me IS JUST trying to scare me......

Received a call within 2 minutes form the police investigator's unit telling me that 311 gave me bad information and I can go in at any time to file a report.
