I was going to go with "Sounds like someone's got a case of the Mondays" but that shit is played out. Played out I tells ya! June is here. We're halfway through 2008 and it's been a crazy year! May was quite the awesome. I was in not one, not two, but THREE improv shows. The 1st two were sort of a Who's Line type of thing where a group of improvisors would get up on stage and certain ones would be called out to play certain games. I played games that I was comfortable playing, and games that I wasn't so comfortable playing. But had a strong showing in both shows. The third show was the "Student Showcase" where the classes of 200, 300, and 400 got to have their own show and showcase all the stuff they had learned. My class (200) had the largest group of students, and probably most of the audience. We put on a hell of a show and EVERYONE from 200 did awesome. We had cast members, and other students telling us how well we did, and we even had some people saying they liked us better then the more advanced classes. That's a good feeling.

I'm convinced Dennis Michael just as bad ass as Chuck Norris, if not more bad ass. The man has met so many people and never ceases to amaze me with his awesomeness. If you haven't checked it out. Look at his blog today about the Robert Kennedy assassination. people.tribe.net/dennismichael/blog

Again... what a life. The other day at the theatre my buddy and I were talking about life, and we were discussing what it must feel like to keep going, after you've already done so much. He was talking about people like Harrison Ford... and good ol Dennis "Chuck Norris" Michael came to my mind. Cause there are times when I wonder... does Dennis just put his hands behind his back, and go.... "Yeah... I'm enjoying this ride"

It's June 2nd and already my June is filling up. Volunteer work at the theatre, then next week is the 54 hour Improv-a-thon to celebrate the Theatresports 25th Birthday! I'm not working all 54 hours, but I'm working some crazy shifts for it! I'll be performing, I just don't know when. But crap... it's going to be awesome.

The week after that, it's my birthday. There's a meeting for Faire that day, then that night... well make sure your night is cleared. Oh, and make sure you don't have anything to do Sunday morning either. ;)

THEN the week after that my parents and my nephew are coming up! Which is going to be awesome! I get to take them on all the crazy touristy stuff that is around here. I can't wait.

Man.. it's only June 2nd? I can't wait for this month to get going full swing!
