For anyone taking the balancing workshop with Vadalna this weekend, please bring the following:

Prop - if you've ordered a sword or tray kit we will have them on us. We will have a few extra trays for sale at the festival.
If you don't have a sword or tray please bring a basket or something similiar to balance

Headband or Scarf - especially for sword and if you're sword is heavy, a bandana or something is fine
