I need time as I slowly but surely add to the blog! While it is not the usual whimsical posting, therefore not funny, it is all mine and I am proud of what I have accomplished this far! I will open the restaurant even if the odds are tough!@#

Submit all Credit Applications to Necessary Vendors/Identify all Vendors - continues as I completed this with more vendors, including Jacmar, Paysystems. I have a question regarding vendors: California Glass, Gem Distributors, International Wine Accessories, Island Oasis, Marck & Associates, Mastercolor Professional are all smallwares and supplies; do we get these items from the distributor or are we buying direct? Submit Final Signed & Sealed Blue Prints to corporate (Digital is okay) – Was completed by the architect, verified on Monday I have asked the awnings contractor to supply permit drawings, I will have those next week. Franchisee Receives Final Blue Prints Signed & Sealed: Completed This step, received the permitting copy (1/2 size for me) ----------------------------- Operations I have also secured a phone number for the restaurant, but will not mark this as complete as the service for now is really basic, and I will need to upgrade it for the restaurant. Establish Local Warehouse for Equipment/Misc. Deliveries: Completed this step. the space will be one floor above the restaurant right beside the elevator. Very convenient.
