Nevada = Right to Work State.

One of my students posted our Strange Bedfellows 2008 performance on YouTube! I LOVE THIS VIDEO! I really don't like watching myself on video but I was completely entranced with the whole thing (even though I'm front and center)

Baseball season is upon us. Last year he was a Cardinal, this year he's with the Yankees. He loves playing baseball and has a really good time. They've played two games so far and both games they smoked the other team (they don't keep official scores in Farm League but they smoked none the less). On Thursday, he told daddy that he was going to dedicate his first hit to me for my birthday :) I had to chase Lexy down but came back to one of the coaches strapping him into his catchers gear....

So while I was standing in the bathroom taking deep breaths and giving Lexy new toilet paper to soak up the blood, my phone blipped that I had a message. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and found this picture. My step-dad took this picture of my mom sitting at a coffee shop in Auburn. I said, "Papa sent a picture of Gramma." It's Thursday morning and we're getting ready to leave the house. With about 30 minutes until we leave, I look at Kiernan and I see that look that he gets when he doesn't feel good. I asked him, "Is your stomach hurting?" He nods quickly and gives me that pained look. "Do you feel like you're going to throw up?" He nods again then starts crying.
