It's been a looooong Time in the Desert, but it feels good to be getting out of it. I just want to say I look damn forward to getting to know you all again. Sorry I've been away!

After reviewing my finances and getting feedback from friends, I'm thinking that I won't be doing Disney this weekend. Money is an issue all around and frankly, I'm not way fired up on spending yet another weekend driving.

So.

We'll do Disney soon. However, if you all want to have a good time with your ol' pal Wylie, I am getting tickets for Lucha Va Voom up here at the Ventura Theater. I'm also looking into getting hotel rooms downtown so no one has to drive after the show.... read more

So I'm just throwing this out there to see what people think.

My birthday is this coming Saturday: January 17. Last year I kinda had a get together that was WAY short notice. So much so, I doubt most people remember.

But this year, being that it falls on a Saturday, I'm curious, and I'm planning a little more ahead. Like, literally, given the few days from here to there, a LITTLE.
