as i look out
at the incredible view
not knowing where the ocean meets the sky blue

i sit
still
waiting
for the future
to unfold

as i try
to be still
in this presence
so much flowing through my mind
a lot of things to decide
what is next ?
where will i be?
life is uncertain
and i am not in control

it is times like this
when i need patience
to carry me through
as i sit
an ocean away
from what lies ahead

i surrender
to the beauty that lives here
the birds, the trees, the bugs, the lizards
the wind, the sun, the bites
mamma australia is full of life

the big revelation i had on my 30th birthday was that i have always had faith in the universe to carry me through, ever since i was a young'in
how else could i have made it this far??
perhaps also with the love and support of family and kin.
i will always be amazed by life and love.
