travelling in may seems to be shot as well, or anytime for that matter......

We don't know ea other that well. Really just through putting on retroactive. You seem like a great guy though and have always been both pleasant and easy to work with. I myself have gone through some pretty heavy "legal" shit and at times wondered if I was gonna see the light of day again! But in the end things turned around given persceverance and time. Keep yr chin up Marco and if I can help somehow let me know. I know a lot of good lawyers for example and have access to LexisNexis which can be quite valuable in such situations..
