I make money teaching English and spend money making goofy little films - none of which will ever make me famous. I'm bad at time management, but good at playing the hand I've been dealt. I don't know how to swim or drive, but I can say "fuck the police" in Hungarian and sing "The Itsy-Bitsy Spider" in Swedish. I'm interested in insects, weeds, stray cats, overheard bits of conversation, the writing on bathroom walls, and walking city streets. I don't give a damn about mail-in rebates, real estate, hedge funds, neighborhood watch meetings, tax write-offs, and sorting laundry into lights and darks. I am easily amused.
