Miss Rosie,
Is a talented performer and hoop instructor, what makes her Hooliehoop workshops different from other workshops is her valuable knowledge of how our physical body and health relates to hooping. This girl knows how to preach the yoga/dance aspects of hooping, you'll leave feeling loose and inspired.

Rosie is a wonderful hooping instructor! Always patient and helpful reminding us that "We Can!". We took the beginning hooping course and we can't wait to take the intermediate course when it becomes available! Rosie's positive attitude and energy made the classes both fun and encouraging. The weekly class was definitely one of the highlights of our week. We're so glad to have met Rosie and hope to see more of her soon!

I have known Rosie for a few years now and she never ceases to amaze me with her kindness, her generosity, her creative mind and her loving presence. I feel lucky to have such a person in my life. Recently I had the privilege to be a part of Miss Rosie's SF Hula Hoop beginner’s workshop. I was ok at hooping, and by that I mean the pump, the basic hoop around the waist. That was it. In just 6 short weeks, the teaching style and persuasiveness of Rosie and her ability to really drill in her "I can" mantra enabled me to become a better hooper than I ever imagined. The class was super fun! I made new friends, got a great workout, even woke up a couple of mornings sore from the previous night's class. It really is an all around great way to get your body in shape, have fun and be a kid again! I strongly recommend this class to anyone looking for an alternative to the gym and looking for a new purpose to working out and feeling great about you. Rosie is one of the greatest people you will meet too!

Isn't it now Ms. Rosie Love? So this Rose of A Rosie Love is a complete Inspiration to all who have the Blessings of standing in her SHINE. What I want to know is why she isn't Famous already? Beside's to those who already know her. Rosie has a natural talent not only with creating beauty in the world and inspiring others but also with that Hoop of hers. I won't give away her secrets but this Woman is holding a basket full of special treats and gifts for the young people of this culture. Can't wait to meet the special team who will be the one's to help her distribute the magical gifts that she has to offer in a Mucho Grande way. And that's what this Goddess has got to say! Cheers to ROSIE!!!!!!!!!

Miss Rosie Love - HOOPING GODDESS
I don't know if I've ever met such a naturally inspiring teacher, model, and supporter of Fun, Grace, Beauty, Creative Expression, and Super Sexy Style...all wrapped up in a miraculous package of hoop dancing goodness known as Miss Rosie Love...
You are the best, Rosie! I can't thank you enough for introducing me to the joys of hooping in such a a beautiful way through your 6 week Beginnner Series. That was just the beginning! What an awesome sense of camaraderie and community you fostered for each of us attending the series,. Through the shared experience of celebrating ourselves and each other through the pure fun and joys of hooping, we became enthusiastic members of a hoop family that we're still sharing the bliss and excitement together outside of class.
it was so much more fulfilling and inspiring than I could have imagined. We all came for different reasons: curiosity, looking for a fun workout, recalling what it was like to hoop as a kid...but I would say that we all emerged having experienced so much more than we could have fathomed coming into it. Your positive energy, encouragement, and deep but humble wisdom shine like magic through your spirit that we could not help but be swept up in a circle of smiles and laughter, not to mention sweat, super cool tricks and flowing exhibitions of hooping expression.
What is hooping? In a nutshell, Rosie style, it is self love and connectedness! Hoopers unite! Spread the Love!
Haven't taken a class with Miss Rosie yet? What are you waiting for?

about me
I'm a hoopin' love goddess! I'm happy, and extremely open. Big heart, lots of love. I'm a physical addict...I love being physical in all ways, whether it's hooping, dance, exercise, acrobatics-type stuff, stretching, affection, etc. I love to meditate through yoga practice, and I love creative visualization. I love life. I laugh loud and hard all the time. Sometimes people look. Then I laugh harder.
I'm planning my tour route for hoop workshops for this summer. I'm looking at doing a west coast tour from LA to Vancouver in late July. If you're interested in having me come to your town to teach, lemme know, and I'll see about putting it on the agenda. I'll be teaching a lot of intermediate and advanced classes on this tour, as well as some beginner classes.
WooHoolie!

Tonight I taught my first intermediate/advanced workshop, called Deep Grooves. It was a really inspiring experience, spending time with great hoopers and being able to contribute to their hoop practices. Hooping is so incredible in its ability to bring people from all walks of life together, to have a great time, and generate more wellness in their lives. The past year has offered such tremendous growth. Back in 2006 I started writing down what I want to manifest in my life, and in only ...

I started taking some super foods last week that I've never had before, and they are having a tremendous impact on my consciousness and how I feel each day.
Last Wednesday I started drinking Island Fire, which is a Noni juice elixir with ginger, turmeric, and some other things. It's SUPER spicy! For most of the past week I would pinch my nose while I drank it, and immediately chase it with a shot of water. I was drinking about 4 oz. per day. By Friday I was sleeping an hour and a half ...

So yesterday I was picking up hoops from my hoop-crafter, and I was chatting with my mom, mind racing a million miles per minute, thinking about what needed to get done next ("Hurry! Hurry!" my mind exclaimed, as usual...), talking talking, opened the car door, one of the dogs (Romeo the little brown one) jumps out, I *do* notice, continue loading the hoops, thinking, talking, thinking, moving way too quickly, "Good, got the hoops loaded," "Ok! Let's go!" And off we drive.
I make it 20...

I have had an amazing evening, and such a reminder on how important language is in shaping my experience. I was working with my mom on hoop biz all afternoon, and by the time I drove her back to SF I was feeling "really overwhelmed." It was 5:30 and I wanted to make it to Berkeley in time for Karri Wynn's last NIA class at Studio Rasa, which is closing this week. Had this been a normal class, I would have fore gone it in lieu of staying at home and coping with the "massive amount of work t...
