Yes, we definitely need a change and while that change may include a period of anarchy, anrachy is not an enduring state. It is human nature to seek power. If there is anarchy then you will eventually see the strongest and most violent people start to take control. Read the history of any group of people on the planet and you will see an example of this. Bush is bad, but that would be far worse.
