Hmmmm..
Life has been good. I feel calm, peace and deep gratitude. There has been a shift in my emotions and thinking these past few months that has allowed me to accept kindness and meet struggles with appreciation. Life has been balanced. I feel like I'm breathing in love and exhaling out love.

turned 5 this month. He is the greatest teacher I have ever had. He has taught me patience, selflessness, and unconditional love. I hope someday that those I have grown close with in the hoop community get to meet him, because he is a truly magical child. For now though I just wanted to share a clip of him being funny. Love to you all.
