Carnival of Stars ~ NEW Tribe for the CA Performance & Arts Community

Carnival of Stars - October 10th &11th, 2009 @ the Richmond Auditorium (CA) - www.carnivalofstars.com - Carnival of Stars is a combination belly dance and comic book convention that has celebrated 5 wonderful years at the Hayward Centennial Hall every second weekend in November. However, in 2009, COS has a new place and a new date!
Also - the COS tribe is now officially up! This tribe is dedicated to performance arts in California and encouraging an interconnection between performance styles and the arts just as COS has with belly dancing and comic books. Performance and art being sought include (but not limited to):
--all styles belly dance
--comic book art & artists
--indie circus
--masquerade/fairie
--burlesque
--air performers
Carnival of Stars tribe is a place to post CA events and gigs, discuss topics ranging from costuming to deciding on a performance venue, make new friends and establish networks.
The COS tribe is still in its baby phase, still growing, so please come and join!
