I'm a learner.
I love to learn and never want to stop - I figure if I've gotten to the point where I think I know it all, it's time for my last breath to pass my lips.

I'm a teacher. I enjoy passing on whatever knowledge that I have on whatever subject it may be. I don't claim to know alot about one thing......but I'm sure I know a little about a lot of things.

I like warm summer days and being barefoot. I like cold winter days only if I have a fireplace and there's snow on the ground. If I'm gonna freeze, I want it to be because it's snowing - not just because it's raining and gray.
I like to paint (a little), write poetry and short stories, read everything from food labels to novels, and will occasionally watch a movie(but it really has to grab my attention). I like to sing (I know I suck - but Karaoke Revolution on the PS2 thinks I'm a rock star, and that's okay by me)

I've been out of the broom closet for about 15 years. After I professed my witchiness to my mother, she informed me that aside from herself, there were 3 generations that she could remember that were cut from the same cloth.
Funny, after all the religious freedom that she afforded me while I was growing up, she knew all along what path I would eventually choose.

Family is everything to me.
My brother, my sister, and my kids are the most important people in my life.
I have, not only the family that I was born into, but those I have adopted into my life as I've walked through it, and they are every bit a vital part of my life as the rest.


One of the things that I really get off on is people who can tell a good story. You know the kind. They have all the words, their descriptions take you there, and they get that faraway gaze while they're unravelling the yarn....you know they're living it.
