Working with others is going to be key in your life to achieving your destiny. These are all in Capricorn, and the dominant vibe here is seriousness. Hard working, goal-oriented, achiever. Self critical. A need to be taken seriously by others. Shy and sometimes confused about expressing inner feelings.
The only respite seems to be from your Capricorn in Mercury, which grants you an earthy, sometimes bawdy sense of humor. You may use this to defuse a too-serious situation or deflect something that makes you uncomfortable.
The next cluster is your three planets in Scorpio-Venus, Mars and Jupiter.

It does, however, exacerbate the discomfort you have in revealing your deepest feelings. Language falls sadly short of what you feel.
This little cluster has the potential to take the Scorpion to the Phoenix--total transformation (the keyword of Scorpio and ruler Pluto), but will take much hard work, introspection and fortitude. Luckily, you have all the right ingredients for the task. Roll up your sleeves and dig in!
An interesting element in the mix is your Ascendant in Aquarius. This is the face you project to the world, and you may give an impression (in spite of the heavier elements of your chart) of being flippant or non-emotional, which couldnt be further from the truth. This placing, and the preponderance of planets in the 11th house, can also give you a way to step back and examine emotions in order to process and express them better.
