In case any of you still believe in tribe, read this from facebook (and no, this is not an April Fool's joke):

Elizabeth McKeeman (Sioux Falls, SD) wrote on March 29, 2009 at 2:52pm

Why is Tribe.Net being sued? Because the company is refusing to pay court ordered child support. Darren Mckeeman has been ordered to pay child support for his daughter that he abandoned five years ago. He refused to do it, so the state of California has had to get a court order for Tribe.Net to garnish his wages and send the money in. Tribe.Net has only done this four or five times and has already been taken to court once over the non-payment. Not one payment has been made in 2009.

So why are they charging money for user fees and then wasting money on lawyer fees when they could just do what the law requires of them? I have no idea.

Why am I posting this? Well, I'm the mother of said child. I need the money to help support her. The child support helps pay for basic things like clothing and rent and utilities. Every time I have to tell my daughter that we can't buy something like a book she really loves because we have no money is another time she gets upset at her father for running away from her.

I'm hoping that some public humiliation will get Darren and his employer off their butts and in compliance with the law.

What proof do I have? Well, the court cases should be a matter of public record. All the lawsuits have been in San Francisco. I can't get the information because the lawsuits are being fled by the state and not by me personally and I don't live in CA anymore.

They took the money out of my paycheck but never paid it. Past that I don't know the disposition of anything past the fact that i have not been allowed to talk to or see my daughter for nearly five years now.

about me
I grew up overseas and have come across many different cultures during the course of my life. I am totally fascinated by people and always enjoy good conversation. I an interested in human psychology and try to learn as much as I can about the subject. I read books and take classes to expand my horizons. There is still so much that I don't know. I love visiting ethnic communities and going to their restaurants. My taste in the arts is not very mainstream. I don't usually go see the latest blockbuster film. Instead I prefer to watch something off the beaten path. I listen to anything from rock to new age. I like looking for rare B-sides of my favorite artists. I always stay up-to-date of world events and I am very concerned about what's going on in the world today. My goal is to become financially secure one day so I can devote my time to causes that are important to me.

My Natal Chart

My Horoscope

A quick look at your chart shows a tremendous clustering of planets in the signs Capricorn and Scorpio. This gives an innate impression of power and intensity. You appear calm to all eyes, but inside, youre a seething well of deep emotions that you sometimes fear.

Capricorn is a Cardinal sign, meaning it gives drive, ambition and motivation. Cardinal is good at initiating a project, but not necessarily good at following through to completion. Keyword: Dynamic

Scorpio is a Fixed sign, and this is the quality that will see a project through to the end-but there is a problem with inflexibility. Keyword: Will
So in all, a good combination for not only establishing goals, but realizing them as well.

First, the major luminaries (Sun, Moon) & Mercury are in the 11th house, the house of friends, destiny, and hopes & dreams. Working with others is going to be key in your life to achieving your destiny. These are all in Capricorn, and the dominant vibe here is seriousness. Hard working, goal-oriented, achiever. Self critical. A need to be taken seriously by others. Shy and sometimes confused about expressing inner feelings.
The only respite seems to be from your Capricorn in Mercury, which grants you an earthy, sometimes bawdy sense of humor. You may use this to defuse a too-serious situation or deflect something that makes you uncomfortable.

The next cluster is your three planets in Scorpio-Venus, Mars and Jupiter.
Venus, of course, is the planet of relationship and sensuality; Mars, of passion and drive; Jupiter of spirituality and luck.
The super-amplified combination of these planets in Scorpio can make for problematic relationships if your partners dont share your intensity. If I may be so bold, this arrangement of planets probably scares the shit out of most people.
You also have Venus/Mars conjunct, which can lead to ambivalent feelings in relationships. Whatever you feel about someone, you feel it with your whole being--there is no such thing as halfway for you. When you commit to someone or something, it is with single-minded purpose.
Beware of holding your anger in-find creative, non-harmful ways to release it, or you run the risk of violent outbursts.
Jupiter in Scorpio leads to that need to dig to the depths of anything that interests you. Youve got to KNOW!! This is also a good placing for an interest in psychology and what makes humans, and especially yourself, tick. It does, however, exacerbate the discomfort you have in revealing your deepest feelings. Language falls sadly short of what you feel.

This little cluster has the potential to take the Scorpion to the Phoenix--total transformation (the keyword of Scorpio and ruler Pluto), but will take much hard work, introspection and fortitude. Luckily, you have all the right ingredients for the task. Roll up your sleeves and dig in!

An interesting element in the mix is your Ascendant in Aquarius. This is the face you project to the world, and you may give an impression (in spite of the heavier elements of your chart) of being flippant or non-emotional, which couldnt be further from the truth. You have an innate sense of fairness that you are able to project onto large groups of people, no matter their background. You are truly a citizen of the world. This placement also accentuates the 11th house destiny/friends connection, being the natural house of Aquarius.
This placing, and the preponderance of planets in the 11th house, can also give you a way to step back and examine emotions in order to process and express them better.
