I recently relocated from my beautiful home Maui, Hawaii, and am now in beautiful San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. I am here with my fabulous husband, and we are living a life of reinvention. I am a teacher of movement currently in the form of The Nia Technique. Check me out at www.vidamoves.com.

Hooping is something I do when I feel the spark of desire. I thankfully have a wonderful travel hoop with me here in Mexico! My dear friend Candice (www.hoopshine.com) was the person who first engaged my curiosity around this dance of spirals. It sometimes sits for weeks and other times it barely touches the ground.

I also spend many awake hours immersed in music. It is my single biggest passion in life aside from dancing,. Bringing the two together - music & movement are like merging with the infinite. Transcends words. Natural high. My two best friends.

I love meeting new people and people from afar. I appreciate stimulating discussions where no one has to be right and everyone is heard. I like to infuse FUN into as many facets of my life as I can tolerate, and I learn the most from the natural world.
