My Testimonials

May 23, 2005
Erica is an amazing spirit who always lets you know what's up. She is compassionate and ever eager to learn and expand herself. She's also very brave for picking up her life and living in a country so vastly different than where she grew up. I love you Erica!

I just found out great news: two of my favourite people, Genesis and Ghee, have tied the knot and are expecting. I'm thrilled, but bummed I wasn't able to make it to the ceremony. Sweet sweet Genesis, and magnificent Ghee -- I wish you my heart's love and all the very best.

LIfe is good. London weather finally warmed up a *tad* (still fickle however) and feels more Spring-like. More friends = more social activity = good. Kundalini Yoga seems to be coinciding with taking up art again -- 2 hours of Figure Drawing, stoned, still ranks as one of my all-time favourite things to do. More private clients and new freelance exposure. Am seeing an osteopath to reconstruct my stance (seems I have a anteriorly-rotated hip).

An old co-worker once advised me: "The b... read more

The electric kettle is a standard --nay, MANDATORY --fixture in the British household (I've not had the chance to peek inside many other European households, but suffice to say, my German friend also utilises one). When I first moved here, I regarded the electric kettle with bemusement: "oh those English, with their need for cups of tea!" Indeed, a lot of Brits (as well as Aussies and Kiwi's) that I've met won't have tea made from, say, a hot water spigot, but must have the water thoroughly... read more
