THE TIME IS NOW: to recreate, inspire and to shift our thoughts and consciousness and join the unified eternal collective towards THE ONE. Our pacha mama always gives with no expectation of return, unconditional love like that of the sun, which shines equally on all beings... But her cries are of despair, boiling from deep within her belly, volcanoes erupting as a signal of help, tsunamis storming precious lives with them, earthquakes waking us up from our giant sleep, forest fires burning off what doesn't serve... All this, as we steal her black precious blood for notorious attempts to what we think is to evolve.

We CAN NOT ignore this anymore! "IF YOU ARE NOT OUTRAGED, you are NOT paying attention!" And indeed... But the outrage is not what we need to give back, it is the call to awaken, deeper each time! No outrage to ours:elves and all the other (s)elves: because we must remember that we are ONE! We surrender to gratitude the moment we awaken. We say "thank you" a million times for each miraculous waking breathe and when we step on her skin first thing we join movement. We breathe deep with unconditional love and pray for illumination as we surrender to this timeless OMniverse, the OM from which all sounds derive and again uniting us all into one: OM! We pay attention and breathe deeply and with grace, we spend silent time indulging on the sway of the breathe, cleaning polluted thoughts so action is pure and integral. We dive into diminutive attention to those subtleties that remind us of who we are and how alike we are. Someday we will wake up and KNOW as a species, that we are FAMILIA!!

And as we stumble, sometimes we trip and hurt, and it is confusing indeed, disorienting and our hearts can shift and feel crooked. We surrender to the pain, knowing happiness is what we seek, but how do we get back to the light? aHa! The opportunities to grow from. Samsara / nirvana cycles toy with us, all a humble human experience we surrender to, and we are tempted to believe all we think... Prayer, gratitude, humility, grace, trust: our teachers. Asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dhyana, dharana, ahhhh our allies INTO SAMADHI! And here we go again, on this eternal train into the self exploration in which change is the constant and the breathe our teacher. The oxygen that unites us, that reminds us of our oneness, circulating, invigorating every cell into the LIGHT! OM!!

We call upon the yachats, the shamans of the world, the urban channelers, the intelligent that know compassion is key and the wise from long ago, the keepers of the truth from jungle roots, to UNITE and pray together for the healing of our hOMe. OM!! AND TO ACT from within, slowly, sometimes rapidly, gradually, sometimes drastically, but humbly and learning and collecting along the way- sharing this all with each other so each life is enriched in multiplied forms. The responsibility and pleasure (!) is upon us that in each of our actions we think about our impacts, that we fall in love so deep with ours:elves that love is all we can give back to our pacha mama and all our cOMe:unities. OM!! Abundance mentality trickling in our veins - we have enough for all and we can live together as one, every step of the way...

We have ignored and cast aside archaic truths that can save us into paradise again, where we can live as ONE and without the illusions that we are separate and apart from nature. From unity, from the void, dismantling dualities, into UNITY again, and again, and again.... born again and again and again.... Refreshing change! OM- to the shadows and the light and this journey that we welcOMe. OM!!

It is in the simple and small things in life that we can stretch our skin into the ever new us...
And when in doubt, LOVE MORE!
