not bad. I dig the computer Power On button embedded in there, but not sure about the gears though. I don't think its a true representation of the mubz, but its clean and smooth.
how about using the power on button as the "M" in Mubali. The one inside the black gear.... could be cool
Also another thing to think about is how the logo looks when it is small. You want to keep objects clear and uncluttered so that they look good in all sizes.
another good tip I could lend is make sure you create the logo in "vectors" or as an illustrator file. For a number of reasons for example: Tshirts silk screens will look nicer, stickers (if you plan on doing them) will have the ability to be die cut or plotted which is a cool thing. As well as if you want to make the logo huge for a poster or whatever large application, vectors will make this very easy for you or any artist or label using your logo.
