So Feb 20th is a very special date for my wife and I, and it's also supposed to be a full lunar eclipse. My wife and I are planning to be in San Luis Obispo on the 19th - does anyone have any ideas where we can go to enjoy it? Forgot I had posted that here. Well it turned out to be just a bruised radial nerve. An old injury from 20 years ago was still visible on the xray and that's why they thought it was broken. Anyway, I wore a splint for a month or so, and gradually worked my way back to normal. Seems fine now, though I do sometimes feel a little tingly when I clap my hands.

Guess I should post blog entries here more often.

Yesterday while playing soccer, about 5-10 minutes before the end, someone kicked the ball hard in my direction from short range and it hit me on the wrist. I subbed out shortly after, and went to the urgent care center, where xrays revealed a fracture. A small piece of radius near the thumb broke off.

At least the ref didn't call me for handling the ball!
