imagine if you will a beautiful young woman smashing a giant hole in the ceiling so as to hang a giant silk fabric from which to acrobatically swing around in the comfort of her own living room. everything naada does is extraordinarily rare. she dreams up symbols and inks them over her body--she has a particularly esoteric tattoo on the palm of her hand. when I met her she was doing a split. in the convo that ensued, we discovered that we had attended the same school, had the same favorite professor, grew up in the same area, and that a longlost childhood friend of mine was an ex of hers. it's not difficult to see why he did it--few possess naada's bold brand of sexiness. add a rapper's flow, touches of poetry, joyful optimism and awe-inspired mysticism, and she becomes just barely discernible.
