angry_american is a gentleman and a scholar and a charitable man.  he spent several hours with me last night going over my resume.  thanks to his assistance, and his lead, i have a phone screening tomorrow morning for a tech writing position.  i am in your debt, my friend.  i've never thought of resumes that way; it was illuminating.
