When I was taking dance under Safira Zeki she helped me with a guilt issue I had. I mentioned that she needed to enjoy her time learning dance and that she would improve if she stuck with Safira and mainly because she was determined to. I told her all the years I studied under Amira I never stopped in the moment to enjoy it because I was obsessed with the need to be perfect or else I had no business dancing.She told me "Yes you can not go back, but you have that experience with her that you will never forget that others could not have." We agreed to learn Safira's show choreography, but always enjoy the time with her and the other dancers even if we screwed up. Naxi not only loves people and to play, she loves to listen and encourage as well.

I also met Naxi at Tribal Indulgence. What a sweetie! Even though we had never met before, it was like we were old friends. She's so sweet, full of energy, and even helped me with my pitiful Spanish. I can't wait to meet up with her again!

Naxi Ruya is a new friend I met at Tribal Indulgence in KC. Fate brought us together at Tasso's Restaurant in KC and it was as if we had known one another for years! What a sweetheart!! Always smiling, encouraging, helpful, and generous, Naxi was a wonderful element to my incredible weekend! And what an beautiful smile!! She's genuine indeed!!
Naxi and Salome dance very well together because they're cut from the same cloth. Both are driven to make their new tribal troupe take root. I wish you the best of luck with your new troupe!! Hopefully, another event will bring us all together once again. Perhaps one of your Tribal performances?

not really but TR will be performing at Tribal Alchemy on Friday Oct 16th and we're just one of the two groups attending the event from Wichita!!! it's awesome that Jadzia and Cristina will performing there as well!!

I have posted this on myspace but just in case not everyone sees it.
Ok, I have to apologize one more time for not being "there" for everyone that I'm close to but my workschedule is constantly changing which i'm not complaining because it pays my living, plus ever since Heather & I have been teaching plus the upcoming show (see my profile pic) it's taking the majority of my time. Hopefully things will calm down afterwards but honestly I doubt it, i already have tons of "road trips" planned...
