full moon -libra dipped in Reiki Retreat in Iao Valley

i just got out of a silent reiki retreat (3 days). my first silence. i am soo grateful to finally know how my brain talks, distracts. I am ready now to be who i truely am, without searching for exteral influences to confirm my learned identity in my mind, but rather to listen to my heart. to live life to its fullest each and every day as if it is my last, to be inspired by the passions i seek within. I am here now, living, with much gratitude.
