Tranquility

The difference between being ‘tranquillised’ and being ‘tranquil’

To be ‘tranquillised’ is to be ‘held’ in a tranquil state, it is not tranquillity.
Tranquillity is being tranquil without being held in that state, without the act of being ‘tranquillised’.
Tranquillity is ‘being tranquil with no battles, no suppression, just being tranquil’.
The more you chase tranquillity while simultaneously wearing the hat of ‘the tranquilliser’, the more you play ‘whack a mole’ with yourself and the more your head will hurt.

First ALLOW yourself to be as you are, that is tranquillity.

Surrender to serenity.

anger school

for the last few weeks I have not done much beyond meditate/sleep and transform my energy.

When I view myself 'inside' I sense much rage that is unexpressed.. much of this is connected with 'being told not to speak' by teachers at school.. The knowing as a child that the 'lessons' that were being imparted were unnatural and effectively devoid of wisdom... combined with ideas about 'what will happen to me' if I express and choose freely anyway (fearing punishment) was reflected by a considerable degree of disassociation of myself from my energy such that my own focus, clarity and well being were deeply disturbed.

At school we were often told not to speak in lessons and I perceived that expression from raw emotion was 'wrong' and even 'evil'...

Now I can see that the beliefs that were ingrained in my teachers were themselves born of great self suppression... in extreme cases that imprinting of 'what is true' can lead to such self demonisation that the person literally does appear to be 'possessed'... it is simply that the true feeling has been hidden, leading to shadow self finding a 'devious' expression in another way. It doesn't need to matter who 'started it', the key is that we recognise 'it' and change.

Here's a subtle example of what I am pointing at to define the basic pattern:

1. Child 'a' is punished using 'soft' methods such as more homework or whatever (possibly with overtones of 'Think yourself lucky we aren't allowed to beat you with a cane any more'.
2. Child 'b' sees this and realises that they do not want this punishment.
3. teacher say 'no talking'.
4. Child 'b' in wondering about WHY the particular lessons are being taught and thinking beyond the lessons encounters a very troubling observation about the world.. i.e. "Weapons are getting more and more destructive and yet there are no 'great' peaceworkers in society.. it is not spoken of in schools (no group movement for peace.. only studying wars in history lessons"..
5. Child 'b' feels VERY strong emotions about this and needs to express truthfully.. but is stopped by fear of punishment..
6. Suppression pattern is reinforced and conflict is created seemingly forcing the child to choose between bottling up fear/ anger or being punished by a teacher.

The teacher has assumed that children do not have anything to say that he/she needs to hear.. incorrect.

These are the types of changes that need to be made right now.. nothing to do with money whatsoever.

flying pig flue - an education on pharmaceuticals and corruption

Many people are still living painful lives with regard to their beliefs about their health, disease and the nature of 'nature' itself.

Many people trust that 'illness is inevitable' and 'I must fight disease' and 'science knows my body better than I can, so I will go along with them and their recommendations'.

please allow me to share some insights which may be of assistance to you in understanding yourself, body, disease, life, nature, energy and the pharmaceutical industry.

First of all.. lets look at some basic psychology..

The more you believe a particular idea is true, whilst simultaneously believing that this particular truth cannot be any other way; the more you box yourself into a corner from which you cannot perceive other options as you simply do not allow them to be real for you.

Without realising how relevant your beliefs are to being well and how much you can limit your experience of life it can be easy to ignore what you are holding to be true.

The more you trust that something is true that you strongly prefer not to be true (a painful truth), the more likely you are to hide it from yourself in order to 'get on with it'.. (put it to the back of your mind).

What we often do not realise is that this painful truth (belief) continues to effect our thoughts, behaviour, health and experience of life.

what we often do not allow ourselves to do is to CHANGE The belief through understanding why the belief is believed and recognising it as a belief and not a solid, immovable fact.
We can hold many beliefs about beliefs themselves which make it seem safer and advantageous not to change them, often stemming from a sensation of loss of self trust and belief in your own worthlessness (stemming from a wide variety of experiences and self judgement etc.).

People often choose to socialise with people who are 'like them' and this means they share many of the same beliefs. This reinforces the apparent truth of the belief to all those concerned (even though there may be a billion people who believe the opposite just as strongly).

why all this talk of beliefs? well...

now to health, life, nature, pharma and so on.

It has repeatedly been shown by researchers, doctors and of course many other people that our beliefs about 'what is likely' are a primary factor of physical disease and 'recovery'. (See the book 'the holographic universe' for one list of references for this). So therefore we make ourselves sick and we heal ourselves too; within the framework of what we believe to be true.

Many people will turn away from this understanding because it triggers them into feeling emotions and thinking thoughts which they have suppressed and choose not to look at/feel... There is no need to continue the subtly hidden self abuse that many of us perpetuate every day.

If you are still here, thanks. :)

In not understanding our own innate ability to heal ourselves and to naturally simply BE healthy ALWAYS because we know we can and prefer to be that we often mistakenly believe that it is 'this or that' which can help us (whether that is 'more money', 'less of this' or 'more of this').

When so many people are locked into the behaviour pattern of 'I will be ill and die if I do not get the right doctor/pills' this reinforces the belief further that 'we need more pills/research/doctors' etc.

However, please consider the following:

1. pharmaceutical companies produce much of the VAST amounts of toxic synthetic matter which permeates much of us and our environment. This toxicity is not conducive to health. So the production of the drugs actually makes people ill before they have even shipped the drug to the shops. Visualise that particular spiral and you can see that there is a kind of infinite feedback loop going on.. In a sense it is like firemen constantly setting fire to things to keep themselves busy. this is a forgetting of our natural way of being where everything is provided within easy reach (it really is.. if you allow it to be).

2. Many drugs are created to treat illnesses which are really only scratching the surface of the issue.. so much of us is NON PHYSICAL you CANNOT successfully treat a dis-ease at its core with purely physical thinking/exploration. Often the symptoms will re-emerge in another way in the body because the underlying purpose for the symptoms has not been uncovered and transformed. This does not mean you necessarily need to meditate naked under a waterfall.. A simple change of perspective is all that is often needed to effect great change.

3. SO OFTEN it is the simple fear of 'looking weird' to others which keeps us locked into certain perspectives.. and most often because we are frightened of what society will say of our 'honour' if we choose differently.. this may sound strange to you, though may make more sense if you think about the mindsets of so many german soldiers around the time of world war II (as one example).. While there were many individuals in that army and many viewpoints, there was a general collective agreement to 'band together' to 'build/maintain our honour'... combined with many other fears about 'what will happen' if we choose differently (as we are just lowly in the hierarchy.. etc.) ... so choices which with hindsight were regretful and seeming insane were made en masse.

4. It is possible to be so scared of aspects of the reality that you are perceiving that you put yourself on a kind of 'suspend mode', a loop which you follow each day to 'make the best of it', ignoring other more options which actually can help you a lot.

5. much healing is emotional and healing of that nature comes from the heart. if you are placing the responsibility for your health in the hands of others who's actions are motivated by gain/profit rather than simple love then you are opening yourself to great manipulation and needless suffering. This is not a slander against doctors, we are all motivated by love, it is simply that our beliefs can be very limiting and can energetically mean that we are maintaining dis-ease without realising it.

6. the belief that humanity is separate from nature and from the rest of life has perpetuated many beliefs such as 'life is hard', 'nature must be mastered' and so on. This has extended into seeing cancer cells as something to be killed, bacteria as something to be killed, animals as something to be killed and yes.. to some extent 'joy as something to be killed' and 'love as something to be killed'.

6. going back to WW2 Germany again, it is easy to see how being deeply boxed in to a certain perspective can create an apparent truth whereby great suffering is created far beyond what most people would otherwise have believed possible. it is also apparent that many companies were quite happy to benefit financially from literal genocide and mass murder. this could not occur without the willing participation of many people. many people thought they did not have a choice. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TOTAL CHOICE.

So now we come back to modern pharma and swine flu... horse flu.. dragon flu.. whatever flu.

have you ever noticed how history seems to repeat itself. that is not an accident.
the repetition is because the same journeys are being made over and over again.. the same lessons are not learned.. the same ideas are being explored in different ways.

history stops repeating itself when we CHANGE.

As hard as it may be to face for some, our collective disconnection from nature, ourselves, love and so much more, has created in many people such perspectives that they are happy to create huge suffering as they believe it is the only way they can feel/be as they prefer to be (whether that be an addiction to 'feeling powerful' or whatever). This probably does include in a suprisingly high number of cases, not having any problem with ATTEMPTING to kill BILLIONS of people.

It has recently come to my awareness that the American government has the legal infrastructure in place to supposedly enforce injections of a 'vaccine' for swin(dl)e flu under the supposition that it is 'best for everyone'. Some people may believe this to be something that they cannot stop if it is orchestrated; this is incorrect.

There is a VAST amount of information online about the corruption involved with these vaccines, about how money is directly made by the same people who are providing the 'proof' that they are needed... about how the ingredients of the vaccine can make you very, very ill...
and of course about all the topics I have touched on such as 'groupthink' (sympathetic 'harmonic resonance' between individuals) and how beliefs spread and are reinforced, often sub consciously. so please go read up and know that you do not need to live in fear or think you do not have a choice.

nothing 'happens', it is created.. so be aware of what you are creating and buying into.
furthermore we can experience all of this positively by at least recognising that with such resistance to changing perspectives that do not serve us, we sometimes create opportunities to explore and transform ourselves and our beliefs in hugely positive ways.. which on the surface may seem worrying. We simply need to be willing to nurture and grow rather than ignore, hide and kill!

some practical advice for free natural health:

1. Eat natural, raw, organic food - this will help clear your mind, restore your physical health and help break attachments to patterns of addiction to certain chemicals, sugars and behaviours. Stop eating dense foods like red meat (and ideally all meat for a variety of reasons, not least that the animals are often killed and kept in extreme suffering and you then effectively consume that suffering.. is that what you really prefer to do??).
2. Drink clean, natural water.
3. breathe deeply to oxygenate the body.
4. move around.. dancing, exercise and particularly yoga will help the 'body pump' to process toxins and keep you fluid.
5. DETOX - This is fundamental. The toxins in our environment pervade our cells and prevent effective transmission of energy through the body.. So you can eat all the great food you like but the nutrition will not make it to the cells as they are full of crap.
6. End Denial - You are what you say you are.. :)
so if you are internally saying a whole lot and pretending you aren't, then you aren't going to be able to create the life and experience that you prefer. Denial is hidden by definition, thus a simple 'oh no, I am not in denial' is in itself a denial... you would at least investigate to some extent if you were open and not in denial somewhat. much dis-ease can be transformed by simply acknowledging a facet of yourself which you pretend is not present.

If you really do these whole heartedly you will be amazed at the changes in every aspect of your life.
You will very likely not get sick full stop.

obviously this is a big subject and I took a meandering walk through it.. I trust this will help someone.

open heart, open mind, one.

good/bad

consider that our focus can be constantly invested in deciding 'right/wrong', 'good/bad' ..
The stress associated with each one of these decisions is comparable to the stress associated with the fact that we are even doing it in the first place!

There can be a lot of emotional charge surrounding right/wrong, including self blame for choices that themselves have been deemed bad by the same being that made the choice that it has been decided is wrong.

Much of the desire to choose as good/bad comes from the way of thinking that says "I feel good/bad and this makes me feel good/bad and so it is good/bad". This appears to be the 'easy way' to think in that it provides a simple pathway for navigation of 'the world'. However, this is only true if you ignore yourself, with willingness to explore awareness comes the understanding that it is the choice to no longer place value judgements on experience, thoughts, beings and so on, which is more emotionally relaxing and peaceful than any attempt to punish/reward with 'good/bad'.

In other words.. as an example.. People often think when training a dog "I will use punishments to train this dog and get it to 'behave' (bend to my will)" or they think "I will not use punishments, I will use rewards".. Never considering a 3rd option.. "This dog in its natural state is the dog that I prefer to explore life alongside, if the dog does not fit in with human rules that is because it is a dog. In allowing the dog to be the dog I am allowing myself to be myself and that will be far more enjoyable than 'owning' a dog that can jump through hoops when I blow a whistle.

Holy Spirit

So I have had an understanding that holy spirit is further understood by the idea that it is 'whole energy spirit', 'the spirit of whole energy'...
'the spirit of the energy of the whole'.
Though I hadn't 'gotten round' to mentally connecting this to where people use the phrase 'holy spirit'...
I recently read a comment by bashar that 'holy spirit' is the energy of the combined consciousness of Earth (paraphrasing and from our earthly perspective).

People often talk about how 'allowing in' holy spirit is to lose your ego and this is a something which requires clarification.

It is not that you lose your ego because your ego is simply the outer layer of the energy that you are being when you are physically focussed.. The actor on the stage, so to speak. The actor does not need to cease to exist or go and hide while 'the big boy' comes to town. lol
To see with holy spirit is to simply allow yourself to see from the broadest perspective possible for you in that moment, to include within your worldview the needs and essence of all beings and therefore also all of yourself. This is whole energy spirit... No ignoring, total acceptance, allowance, understanding and love. The actor may not agree with this perspective because of the script that is being followed, the script that has been written by the 'writing team within'; however, there is nothing wrong with that; to discount the perspective of any aspect of the whole energy is to not see whole energy and to not recognise yourself AS holy spirit.

One does not need to prostrate themselves to be holy, only to know that they are and so too is all else! Anything less than this is the actor limiting his/her view while playing the role of 'holy person'. In truth, to me, if a person declares that they are holy, there is perspective in me which says "This person is not actually holy (whole e) aware, as they are defining only one subset of human behaviour as being holy and thus defining that they are holy and someone else isn't (according to their model of what holy is). Of course, you can say "well, you are doing the same thing", however there is something to note... I am not defining these 'holy people' as not being holy.. only as being 'not wholly aware', so not fully aware of 'holy spirit', still holy. So there is an extension to the definition of holy which includes 'levels of awareness' as being a parameter that is involved in the understanding of what holy is and this has nothing to do with rules, 'musts' and dogma. It turns dogma around.

peace.
