i just came back from sechelt hospital and got my cast taken off by cool cat doktor davina. finally got the other x-ray... IT'S NOT BROKEN!!! i am soooooooo happy. i've had it on for 2 weeks, enough time for a hairline fracture to show up on x-ray. it hurt so much at the time that they could'nt take any chances so they casted it. if the healing of a hairline would have showed up on x-ray, a new cast would have gone back on for another month. that would have really screwed ... read more

i have my right arm in a cast, possible hairline fracture in my wrist. i can't work for 2 weeks and maybe untill mid July. self employed blissologist bodyworker, no massaging for a while, no income for a while, no e.i. please help. i've been trying to figure out what else i'm good at to make money without my right arm... i'm gonna put out a table in the afternoon with lotsa crunched ice and a bunch of blenders and people can bring frozen fruit and booze and or milks and make smoothies or daqueries or margaritas and such. it can be like a make yer own salad bar, but for fancy afternoon blender drinks instead. so bring frozen fruit and yer mix of choice. now if i can just get home and re-move in to actually organize this event on site. can't wait to be home. lovanli... read more
