100,000 voting errors for 2004 presidential election

Massive Errors in Florida Touch Screens

Bev Harris at Black Box Voting discovered "approximately 100,000 errors" logged for the 2004 presidential election on touch-screen voting machines in Palm Beach, Fla.

Among the errors reported were "The internal logs of at least 40 Sequoia touch-screen voting machines reveal that votes were time and date-stamped as cast two weeks before the election, sometimes in the middle of the night."

I don't think we should be giving the go-ahead for future use of these non-secure voting boxes.
