1. You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it's yours to keep for the entire period.
2. You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, "life."
3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately "work."
4. Lessons are repeated until they are learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.
5. Learning lessons does not end. There's no part of life that doesn't contain its lessons. If you're alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned.
6. "There" is no better a place than "here." When your "there" has become a "here", you will simply obtain another "there" that will again look better than "here."
7. Other people are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
8. What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.
9. Your answers lie within you. The answers to life's questions lie within you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.
10. You will forget all this.

There are people in this world so filled with love, light and magic that it radiates from them like a beacon. Trouble is a queen among them.... I felt this even before I met her last May... and now each time I speak with her I only love her more... I am blessed to know her ... and should she cast her eye your way... pay attention...for her friendship is a gift.

"Avoid trouble."
We've heard it all our lives. And yet, when trouble comes in a package like this: courageous heart to balance a mischievous mind. Shining spirit and wicked sense of humor. She's as likely to spank yer bottom as to comfort your grieving... If you don't watch out, she'll steal yer heart!
Maybe that's why they told us to avoid trouble. They want her all to themselves!

I know what I said in my first one. But let me say it again. Having met my Kitten, I love her even more. She is perfect in every way. Strong, sweet, sexy and full of life. I adore you and I love you my kitten....
Once again, dimples to die for, a killer smile, tasty too.:) She is a treasure in my life.

What could I say about Lil Miss Trouble, that could possible do her justice? How about a heart of gold, dimples to die for, killer smile and beautiful inside and out. That isnt really enough, but it will do for now. You could not find a better person to be with......

"Coffee without the caffeine is like sex without the spanking." ~Jeremy Piven, as Trevor "Cupid" Hale in the TV series Cupid
"Sanity" is sometimes merely the ability to hold your shit together in public when your world is being ripped apart inside of you.
I’m sorry about your girl
Little center of the universe
Axis turns the world
And you need a jet to get to her
Oh, the way she moves, attracts all kinds of focus
From all over the room
She smokes, not ladylike. She’s not ladylike
Well I’m so sorry about your wife
She’s up and off and running
Going on with her own life
Word to your mother
She’s stunning
And there’s a part of you
That’s just a little scared of her
Axis turns the world
And you need a jet to get to her
She’s great and she knows
How to wear the pants
And the rest of your clothes
Hey, what the fuck is ladylike
If ladies like to do what the fuck they like
Just like you, yeah. Just like you.
Look out man here comes another one
What the fuck is ladylike
If ladies like to do what the fuck they like
Just like you, yeah. Just like you.
Look out man here comes another one
On my knees or on all fours
From underneath
Hear me roar
What the fuck is ladylike
If ladies like to do what the fuck they like
Just like you, yeah. Just like you
Look out man here comes

about me
I never quite know what to tell people about myself. For the most part, I'm an open book as long as you as the right questions. But as a special introductory offer, I'll go with some basics for the low, low price of a few moments of your time.
I have an internal iPod set on random, so you'll never know what will fly out of my mouth or song I'll groove to from inside my head. I have been called strange, unusual, and weird. I'm ok with that. Why be normal? I have so much more fun this way. I have five tattoos (which really doesn't add to my oddness, but I like to mention them anyhow), some of which I have pics posted in my journal. I've got three more planned out and been itching for more ink. I have one very adorable kitteh, one very adorable kidlet, and one very adorable fiance. They are all very cuddly, which is fabulous as I love me lots o'snuggly goodness! And there are pics of them posted here, too!
A good friend calls me a geek magnet. Fitting since I prefer to surround myself with people of intelligence greater than my own so I can learn something new. And I like people who actually *use* their brains. Most of my interests lie in the sci-fi/fantasy realm, whether it be books, movies, or TV. Yeah, that makes me a geeky girl. However, don't ask me about computers. I'm one of those people that they wrote the "For Dummies" books for. I'm surprised my laptop hasn't blown up yet. No, really.
I like making new friends, especially those of similar mind and philosophy. What's my personal philosophy? you ask. Why, I'll tell you, young grasshopper.
If you're not having fun, what's the point?
Don't get me wrong. I know life is not all fun and games, and not every moment is a happy one. But you know life is too short to focus on the dark side all the time. Take your moment, grieve, be sad, be angry, mourn, or pissed off. There is a time for everything. But once that time is over, don't linger. Unless it's happiness and bliss. Then linger as long as you desire.
And just so's you can't claim ignorance in the future, I AM the girl your mama warned you about. 'Nuff said.
Fresh strawberry milkshake that's better than Burgerville because *I* made it. More than makes up for my dinner fail.

This just in! I have some very exciting news, but you'll have to wait until after Wednesday for the details. Until then, here's your Clue-like clue: Me, in the Kitchen, with a packet of Taco Bell hot sauce.

This week I decided to get a few things done around the house while my mom is on vacation. As much as I hate to clean, when I do I clean until I'm ready to drop. On my list of things to do:
sweep & mop kitchen floor
clean upstairs bathroom
wash dishes
tidy kitchen
vacuum my bedroom carpet
clean downstairs bathroom
tidy family room
vacuum FR carpet
laundry
I basically only have a few dishes to hand wash, a little more in the family room to pick up, and a couple loads of laundry...
