While I almost toally agree with the man below, I never saw Darwin in that pink skirt. Darwin is what he was born to be - a genuinly honest & loving film guru. Much love Darwin - you are a wonderful person & I am so glad to have you as a friend. <3

Darwin is one of those closet intellectuals who will never make anyone feel belittled in any way, shape, or form. We've been hiking together, backpacking together, and we've been to Burning Man together, and I think you'll find no better company to keep. Caring, trust, and honor are not just words when it comes to Darwin, he embodies them (unless he's been lying to me all this time). I am truly honored to count him in my circle of friends. While his fashion sense may not be the best at times, I can honestly say that he looked really great in that pink skirt at Burning Man last year. ;-)

"Happy the man and happy he alone, he who can call today his own, he who secure within can say, 'tomorrow do thy worst, for I have lived today.'" -- From the film "Tom Jones"
about me
Crazy with the world, burning to create and change and create more. Fervent about exploration of the world, the mind, the body. Love to connect with people. Love to find out who people really are. Sometimes I love everything, sometimes I don't. But with all my contradictions I am here and I am who I am.
This morning I woke up supremely hung over, still drunk for all intents and purposes, and at 8:30am drove to the Self-Realization Fellowship for the Sunday morning service. I had to go because I'm taking anthropology in school and I have to research a religion, but boy was it hard to meditate this morning.

And it begins with a dream
Begging brightly the cool display of your sunrise
You touch the morning boat on the cold peals
Of laughing water
Wash me in your eyes
Deep in sweat the wild cascading branches of your hair
Stick in our mouths as the pilgrim's dance
Cuts through the ancient vehicles of despair
Quiet tides fill the room
With three seperate calls of ecstasy
We kill the beast as he wraps gold foil
Around the neck of tender promises
Like naked children we circle the fir...

Show me the hands that scratched the earth as their earthly wardens dragged the body back to its mother. In my time I saw the hands of my friends dipped in glass, starved from paper holdings, crowded in tired fume cells. Where are the times we had together?
I am a liminal intent, bent on becoming a subliminal criminal, poised on the aftershocks of despair, rocketing outward while my brother climbs the stairs. Do we have the power?
It is time, my friends, to cease from circulating in ...

Burning the amplitude
The withering sparks of yesterday
Creep with disaster
toward the sky with leaves
Fresh and green
With floating
Stillborn hopes in pools
Of lipid freebase desire
Performing acts of vegetation dances
In the corner of her eye
Partly crushed in mint fervor
We licked the spoon
That grew cysts of pleasure
In trees of wandering lust lights
And the search continues ever onward
For gluttony under the sun
All things done and gone
For which there were
The thin...

It was here we made,
Our hearts swaying in the silent seas,
The final countdown of our seperate lives
With a shout and a whisper
And a wave of my hand
We found lover's lane
Behind your resting car
Frat boy dreams
Passing by
Witnessing as we gaze at each other
Look how the past interacts with the present
With your coral dress and seashell eyes
And the reminder of ancient secrets
Adorning your slender neck,
Radiant with the perfume of your longing,
I caught your kisses bef...
