about me
I am a generalist which is another way to say that I am all over the place. I am a life long learner, though I would rather learn on my own rather than taking classes in some school. Learning can be a multidimensional phenomena. To me it means to find and connect with myself in a more integral way. Some of us have had to spend allot of time unlearning things that we were taught when we were younger. Therefore learning/unlearning is healing on a personal level.
I see that the World is dividing. Something new is happening, emerging into the world. The members of the old establishment are bitterly hanging on to way of doing and relating that are dangerous personally and on a planetary level.
We are raised to evaluate truth through science, but the scientific method is just one way to tell stories. I have always liked a song by Buffy Sainte Marie 'Magic is alive'. I believe in fairies, devas magical thinking, ufo's.
I am wondering about this age business. I wll be 61 soon. I want to be who i am. I am sick of this business about staying young. I just don't care. I want to be able to relate with people of al l ages without the distance and separation that seems to exist.
Really we exist only in the now. The past is a memory and the future is a vision. The now is a portal that is open to us. It is a mystery as to what is on the other side. In my minds eye which could be fantasy, I see it as the opening to many worlds. At the same time it is a crossroads. At any moment we choose a direction.
