about me
I am a married Black African female in my mid 30's. I have two children and work to much. I love reading and listening to my favorite internet radio stations. On Wednesdays I listen to Brother Natie Everyone's place on 1010 AM. My fav online radio stations are libradio.com and innerlightradio.com. I am currently looking in to raw foods, yoga, finding a African religion and meditation. I love going out to dinner, the movies, walking by water especially beaches are my fav. I love a good conversation, sitting at home chill'n and taking care of me and mine.
I'm currently working on me. Mind body and soul. Things need changing in this world so I figured I may as well start with me. Changing my eating habits and growing my own food.
