OAKLANDISH is a stealth multi-form public art campaign designed to illuminate the unique cultural legacy existing here in the Oakeydoke California. Since 2K it has taken the form of: downtown digital slide-shows of local legends, wheate-paste posters of folk heroes in negative urban space, liberation drive-in free pirate movie theater, the Oakslander 'zine, a tight website, gear & merch, and the recently *closed* Oaklandish Gallery & Culture Lounge.
