as often as i can, i'm am walking along the path of full circle health... keeping good company, after all i consider my family to be those that surround me. i am surrendering to all my healing, finding all that hides within and putting it in its place.... i look forward to giving my hand to those in need, taking care of one another
i strive to "get it done" with grace and respect and without neglecting the natural intentions and beauty of this world. i am forever learning i love the city but can never stay in it for too long, getting away to the ocean or mountain is what grounds me and needed weekly I have lived in Seattle all my life, with much travel, and i have now left indefinately. i strive to take each step with a strong and humble sense of self

so here i am, Bodega Bay California Overwhelmed with gratitude.
