Could you clarify that a little? Do you mean open containers in/on a vehicle, or also whilst walking about the playa? The former should be common(?) sense even at playa speed of 5mph, the latter seems a little overboard.

I went to a friends house this evening for a party (yea, party!) celebrating a re-enactment of their civil union wedding vows that took place five years ago at the Dead On The Creek music festival. The guests were requested to be adorned in tye-dye, and most were, and most also looked like they belonged in tie-dye. It was very cool, and the important part was that this was all about two people that really care about each other. I wish I was still in love like that, but I'm not at this time...
