Below are some methods which work(ed) for me: - Savashana (Dead Corpse Position) practice – gave my body/mind great rest, and paved the means for conscious out of body experiences. - Raja Yoga practice as prescribed by Swami Vivekananda at www.ramakrishnavivekananda.info/vi...htm especially the PranaYama practices - Somatic Bodywork for healing sexual trauma, dealing with parent and childhood issues. My greatest healer in this has been Sabine Grandke-Taf from www.radiantemobidment.com - Systemic Constellation Workshops based on the work of Bert Hellinger - was tremendously helpful in identifying the bottlenecks keeping me from fully engaging in life and bringing them to awareness, acceptance, and resolution www.systemicconstellations.org/sy...tml - Monroe Institute’s Deep-10 Relaxation audio CD which used the Hemi-Sync technology to allow the brain to go into very deep states of relaxation, this coupled with the intent to remain conscious as the body, and brain shutdown, also helped greatly in paving the way of realizing my own consciousness regardless of my ‘carnation’. - On Sexuality, I would recommend books by David Deida and Mantak Chia... and the many real live Tantrica healers. - Geshe Michael Roach's Diamond Cutter the Bhuddha on Managing Business and your life. - Recently I've been learning from Bill Mundy www.billmundy.com in Berkeley, CA...
