We would like to help broaden the knowledge of individual's different choices they have before putting some awful substance in thier bodies and dollars in the pocket of drug companies. This will include diet, nutrition, excercise, herbal medicine, meditation, yoga, rei ki, magnet therapy etc....
As a start I will provide some basic info on herbal medicine, Rei ki, magneto therapy, yoga, and meditation.

Interesting article....I have known people who say it really helps pain but maybe just a placebo effect.
