I'm heading to Harbin for a week again. I'm so delighted about this! Last month I spent a week at Harbin for the first time and it was an absolutely yummy experience that is still so delicious and exaltingly unfolding. I ended the year in the best I could have thought of. When I heard about Vipassana three years ago I thought it was something that I could never do. 'Ten days of silence' stood in my mind as a shocking feat that I could never accomplish but yet intrigued me.
