We asked Hanafi to work with us while we bought our first home. In this crazy market and with our long list of desires and small budget, he worked hard for 6 months to get us into the right home. When he saw houses during the day that were right for us, he'd let us know and we'd see them just after work. When things went wrong with the broker, Hanafi was there to pick up the pieces. When repairs were needed before the sale could close, Hanafi was at the house talking to contractors. I would without a doubt choose Hanafi as my Realtor again.

Imagine a sassy housecat entering a new room. The cat looks about, amazed to discover her new environs. The room contains a tall climbing tree, a fresh water lapping pond, bowls of tasty kibble, several frisky canaries, a window perch in full sunshine with an outdoor section, several Babylon-style catnip plants, and a virile tomcat to keep her company. She has located feline nirvana. Now, imagine the pleased look on her face.
I am new to the world of Hanafi. However, this same feline expression crosses my face whenever we meet. How lovely...

Far out to think its one year later and almost packed! We'll head out later this afternoon. Just heard that I90 is lousy with construction delays, so switching routes from the supposed fastest way there to something a bit more fluid. Just so you know in case I don't answer a message, I'll be back around the 5th. That is unless we go to the big after-pary in Reno. I don't know, I thin... read more

Suzanne Goldenberg in Washington Saturday July 14, 2007 Guardian It's a good thing it wasn't cheap plonk. The last guests at the barbecue in the Capitol Hill neighbourhood of Washington were savouring the remains of a very fine bottle of Chateau Malescot St Exupery when a robber appeared in their midst and held a gun to the head of a teenage girl. "He said: 'Everyone give me your money or I am going to start shooting. I am very ... read more

Monday morning, the band is driving off to LA for 2 weeks. Their record company has rented them a house, hired a major vocal coach for individual & group training and they will be working with their producer, tweaking their musical arrangements for an upcoming album. Its Band Boot Camp, with work & lessons just about every day for the 10 days they are there. They return the 24th, rehearse for the... read more
