Cirkus Pandemonium is recruiting for our 2008 season! We have some grand plans to create a grand production, travel (mostly the west coast), and build a cirkus tent to romp festivals in high flying style!

We are looking for fun open people who are willing to travel and have skills in circus arts. Some of the types of talent we are scouting for include acrobats, unicyclers, contortionists, jugglers, clowns, firedancers, aerialists, dancers, choreographers and musicians. Must have two talents and be willing to learn, commit to train and teach as a group.
Musicians we may be interested in could include COMPETENT FLEXIBLE DJ'S, clarinet, accordian, didgeridoo, gypsy band to modern styles.

We will be holding a traveling audition since we are a traveling troupe. Auditions will be from Jan 18 to the 21st at the Dooda Parade. HEre is a hint as to the essence of the parade www.thefreelibrary.com/DOO+DA...0543971

We are a traveling cirkus exhibiting the divine chaos of Pandemonium, the realm of fairies and demons and many mystical creatures in between. Our shows generally have a dark fairy tale feel and theatrical theme.

We are based in Berkeley and will have regular practices in the east bay until it is time to tour in the spring.

Cirkus Pandemonium is a troupe of frolicking fairies and daring demons cavorting in the lands of Pandemonium. Combining talent and theatrics to a stage production of fantasy and nightmare! Specializing in acts of Aerial Silk, Trapeze, Acrobalance, Juggling, Unicycle Stunts, Bed of Nails, Strong Man Feats, Plate and object balance, Audience Participation and more!

We are touring the The Zoopy Show a band of Space Monsters playing electronic rock music, complete with go-go dancing ex-nuns.

420 at Golden Gate (events » arts) Sunday, April 20, 2008 - 2:00 PM Cirkus Pandemonium will be playing at the Green Apple Music Festival on 420 at Golden Gate Park. We will be with the Sustainable Living Roadshow and will have our trapeze rig set up on our bus! Our main show will be at 2pm and we will do smaller acts throughout the rest of the day. Come by to see us and wish us farewell for our grand tour!

We will be rolling up to northern cali and southern Oregon and then out to the East Coast to work in a traveling carnival all summer long! More info to come soon!

Our other shows are April 26th, Green and Gold Room at Humboldt State University with the Humboldt Circus. 8pm, $5

May 7th at the Grange Hall in Roseburg Oregon 6pm all ages $7

Cirkus Fundraiser Feast! (events » community) Sunday, November 16, 2008 - 7:00 PM We are having a benefit dinner at Bass Camp on Sunday Nov 16th.

The dinner is to raise funds for props and troupe insurance. Here is a wish list of items that would make our cirkus acts even bigger and better. Music will be provided by James of DubStep, catering by Bo, and Cirkus Show by your favorite freaks! Space by 50hrz crew.
Doors at 7 with entrees and music, Dinner at 8 with show and dancing to follow.

If there are people out in our community that can help with our wish list we love to barter! Maybe some of you have some of these items laying around with out much use?
