I've wanted to go to Voov (nowadays Vuuv) for many years, having heard of it as a mecca of european festivals, now in it's 15th? year. On the back of the Boom experience last year, I have to say this fest measures up. It reminds a lot of Canada's WEMF, of course the major difference being that it's entirely psytrance/prog oriented and the crowd is a lot older. This will be the final post about that particular trip - it's time to move on and look forward to new things. I have to say, these pics are quite represenative of my impressions. Hope they nudge some of you who haven't gone to India yet to do so at least once in your lifetime. And make sure to stay awhile! As days turn into weeks and months since coming back, the imprint left on me by that country seems to fade. But just as you think those recollections are being totally smushed by the trash compactor of the brain's memory functions, you rediscover the mantras.

I had no preconcieved notions about what i wanted to do once i got there or what my expectations were for the 1 month stay.
