Hooping targets core strength, and is a great toner for the whole body. The best thing about hooping is its fun!
Beginner classes will be held every Tuesday night at 8:15pm.
In my beginners hoop class, we'll explore the fundamentals of hoop dance and go over the basics. Using my adult sized ...

Where do I begin? Patika is an amazing woman. She is my soul sister, my heart, my inspiration, my best friend. She is true to herself always and completely. It is in this way that she inspires others around her to follow their own hearts desires. She is always there to encourage and listen and I value her advice and friendship with my utmost being. I am thankful she is a part of my life. I am thankful she is such a beautiful part of this world. Thank you for all the laughter, dancing, understanding, love, and for being you!

Thank you, Patika for teaching such a great
hoop workshop! It was so fun and everyone keeps on
telling me that they really enjoyed themselves.
It means a lot to me and it made my birthday
really special. Just what I needed. I would love to have you come back and teach another crowd of ladies sometime. Perhaps once I moe to Durham, we'll have a new audience. Thanks again, you're awesome.

Patika was at first that mysterious fire dancer I could never manage to track down. The more I get to know her now, the more respect and admiration I gain for her interaction with her art, her passion and her pleasure. Put truly, the pleasure is all mine - watching... and learning... how one can turn a life into a livelihood. And the only side effect? Being too busy. Ah well, I am sure I will survive upon only my occasion glances and glimpse of a diva at work.

The Emberella's News & Record Article
about me
I try to always be myself and I hope to inspire others to do the same. I love life and I hope to help make a difference in the world.
As style goes; I prefer not to be labeled as having a specific one. I choose to fuse my many inspirations together and create my own style.
I try to always stay open to change my point of refrence as far as my beliefs go; as I feel the world is too vast for any of us to really truley know anything.
Although, I do not always suceed; I try very hard to practice non judgement and allow everyone to follow there own paths at there own speed.
