What i am hoping to energetically give off to my fellow humans : Love, beauty, expression, joy, exploration, magic!
I am a LA native. My parents owned a photography studio on Santa Monica & Fairfax when I was growing up. I was born in a hospital now owned by scientologists. I am the LA girl. I have two diverse careers that show you the flip side of me. One as a film editor, the other is teaching yoga, Personality split! Perhaps sitting in front of a computer for hours, putting images together mixed with the physical movement of yoga postures has lead me down this path. Yoga saved my life. So did Esalen Institute in Big Sur. So have many people! I go through phases of feeling blissful. I go through phases of feeling sad. I am human. I’ve experienced many silent Vipassina retreats, the journey into deep meditation. I love to cleanse my mind, my body. I love to connect with people. I love to laugh, bring people together, find joyful pleasure, adventure, spontanious, Sagittarius. I am serious too and attracted serious people. I enjoy being outside in nature. When I surf some mornings my week is so much more amazing. It really doesn’t matter if I ride the wave or not, the fact is I am just sitting out in the ocean and that is a beautiful experience!
I know this much about myself: I need to unlock my expression and show up as much as possible. I am shy about it, I tend to hide (notice no pictures of Paula yet in my album). I am hoping that this side will emerge more easily with time. I am ready to be more open and accepting. Peace and Blessings!
