To me the American Dream is that I have enough money to feed myself, and my family and still have enough money left over that I can afford to drag half the crap I own to the desert where I'll meet thousands of people who have so much food that they try to feed everyone they talk to.

I'm on a new boat with a new crew and we're sitting in the Long Beach anchorage. I'm not sure when we'll be leaving town. Apparently you guys are doing a good job conserving fuel because everything is moving a bit slow on the oil biz.---Keep up the good work!! I bought myself a solar oven. This one supposedly gets hotter than others on the market, and the company who makes them helps to provide them to people in 3rd world countries. Most solar oven companies seem to do this, which is pretty cool. I know there are some great plans for making your own out there that work, but I would have still had to buy the black pot and find a glass bowl to fit it, so I just thought I'd go for it.
