1 can corned beef
2 good sized potatoes
an onion if you like onions (I don't)
a bunch of garlic
salt & pepper
an egg or two
a little butter or oil or grease

a decent size skillet
a knife and cutting board

1. Open a cold beer and drink some.
2. Cut up the taters and peel & mash the garlic. Grease up the bottom of the pan a little, throw in taters and garlic, and set it over medium flame.
