healing forgotten pain

Busking is getting harder, I need to change my show. I have some serious body pains I need to look into healing & going hard core isn't helping. Shoulders, hips, knees & neck all through the back... I'm not supposed to be in this much pain as a 28 year old, i don't think? I stretch everyday...I forgot about the pain while doing other things. So begins another renewed healing path.

This was a video of the warm up & crowd building I was doing in English bay last Thursday. I need to slow down.. I can see many things I could do for improvement. Ryan and I are going to choreograph more tomorrow, but I am glad I got this to see myself, the reflection really helps my perspective.

hey dear,
from the areas you mention sounds like it could be postural.... pilates has been my life saver..

www.pilates.ca has good teachers and also trout lake community center has a detail oriented teacher

i just started my teacher training so if u ever see me u can ask me stuff if u like

Have you ever been tested for Lyme disease? Some possible symtoms are depression, fatigue, muscle and joint aches, chills, fever, and headache Etc. symtoms can come and go. Been there.

Thank you for turning me on to this art form. It is very calming to watch.
