SaLuSa 25-July-2008 Is there ever a day when you do not give thought to the coming changes. You anticipate a sudden change of direction that will fulfill your desires to create a new paradigm, and leave the old behind. It has been coming for many years, as your spiritual advancement has not been matched by the physical expressions around you. You have outgrown the old ways of Man’s aggressive and competitive nature, and peace and co-operation are preferred. Unity and oneness of purpose are now surfacing, instead of the continual divisions and separation that have been a feature of your earlier history. Duality has been played out to the full, and it is now time to move on to new pastures that reflect your growing commitment to peace. You know what is beyond your present dimension of experience, and intuitively feel the changes that are taking place that will lead you to them. Furthermore, you are instrumental in shaping the manner in which they manifest, and how they are experienced by you. Man has ruled by force for so long that it is not easy to dismantle the trappings of war, and trust will need to be re-established. For too long your leaders have given out many platitudes suggesting they seek peace, whilst arming for war. Peace cannot be achieved by threats or aggressive confrontations, and only with full co-operation and truthful intent. The people of Earth have been sadly let down as their leaders ignore their repeated demands for a new path. One that dispenses with the old approaches and double standards, that have been a feature of your past dealings. Your pleas have been ignored, as their agenda is to continue in the opposite direction to world control and the subjugation of Mankind. You can now read between the lines, and are not so easily fooled by their rhetoric or lies. You rightly feel that your destiny is in your hands and not theirs, because you collectively wield the power to make your desires come true. Your thoughts are shaping your immediate future, and gathering together in their energetic form that must manifest the changes in motion. Although the outworking of your future is in your own hands, you are aided and abetted by legions of helpers from the higher dimensions. Their presence is your assurance that you will see the outworking of your desires, and no force on Earth will prevent it. The end-times have already been written in the Hall of Records and your success and victory over the dark is well documented. It remains only to manifest what you have set in motion, and see the changes taking place before your very eyes. The ripples of change are reverberating through all societies and groups, and that which is of the old is being pulled apart. Some of your oldest institutions such as your banks and religions are feeling the powerful changes, and experiencing them right now. Upheaval will be a source of much frustration and inconvenience, but look beyond what you experience in the course of it, knowing it is a necessary cleansing. Consider how else you will you achieve your desires but through discarding that which no longer serves your purpose. For too long your dark forces have maintained their hold on you, and held back your progress to suit their own plan for your internment and total obedience to their draconian laws. They have only allowed progress when it has boosted their goal of global control, when many inventions that would have greatly improved your quality of life have been hidden away. There is a gap in your history that should have seen you fully take your place in the New Age, but it has been denied you. However, in short time the technology that would have overcome your present day problems will be released by us. It will all be part of First Contact that shall be announced at the earliest opportunity. Most of what we have told you is already known, but we like to give you an assurance that regardless of what happens around you, the new is waiting in the wings for the signal to go ahead. The Galactic Federation is charged with ensuring that the Earth is swept clean, and is befitting for the new Man that is emerging from the darkness of duality. We are to ensure that you are fully prepared and equipped, for the far-reaching changes that are a prerequisite for your emergence as ascended Beings. You have already been lifting yourselves up, and leaving the old vibrations behind that are confined to your 3D experiences. You have been doing your part in readiness, and now all that remains is our arrival in your midst at the first opportunity. You know by now that we cannot force ourselves upon you, and whilst many of you welcome our coming we must first ensure that the groundwork has been completed. If we came before such a time we would likely to be involved in a Space War, whereas we will silence the weapons of war and remove their threat beforehand. We come in peace and have no ambition or will to engage your earthly forces. Our mission is one that carries with it Love and Light, and a spiritual impetus that reveals our true colors. We are patient and work through our Earth allies, who are steadily setting up the final entrapment of the last cabal. It will be a bloodless coup, although attempts will be made to depict it otherwise. We are your brothers and sisters linked through your DNA that goes back well into your past. We have traveled alongside you and ensured that wayward visitors from other planets, have not encroached upon your Earth. We have had full awareness of the plan for Man and his evolution, and played our part in bringing you thus far. We are your guardians and protectors, but soon we shall meet as equals and celebrate the freedom that shall have been restored to you. No more shall you be the pawns in the game of life played by the dark forces, their time is up and we shall ensure their removal. They will shout and bellow and utter their fearsome threats to hold onto power, but we assure you it is already being curtailed. Here are some serious consequences that would result from enactment of H.R. 676, the “United States National Health Insurance Act”: * Mandatory Participation. Single-payer health insurance would be mandatory for everyone living in the U.S. There is no opt-out provision for individuals and families that do not want to use the public-reimbursement system for covered health-care services (which include most medical care). * Mandatory Registration. Individuals and families would be required to fill out a United States National Health Insurance application at a health-care facility. Anyone who sought health care but had not registered would have to do so upon seeking treatment. * Outlaws Private Insurance for Covered Services. H.R. 676 states, “It is unlawful for a private health insurer to sell health insurance coverage that duplicates the benefits provided under this Act.” Thus, it would be illegal not to use national health insurance for these covered services: o chiropractic care o dental care (other than cosmetic dentistry) o prescription drugs (brand and generic) o eye care (other than laser vision correction for cosmetic purposes) o emergency care o hearing services (including hearing aids) o hospital/inpatient care o long-term care o medical equipment o mental-health services/psychotherapy o obstetrics/gynecologic services o outpatient services o primary care and prevention o substance-abuse treatment services * Limited Choice of Physicians and Other Clinicians. Consider the following scenario: o A number of frequently sought-after physicians decide not to participate in the government's health-payment system. o It is illegal for health insurers to sell private policies to individuals to pay for covered services. o Individuals won't have private coverage to pay the nonparticipating physicians (private physicians) for covered services. It is well understood that “he who pays the piper calls the tune.” Thus the only way to guarantee true patient choice and provider freedom is to make sure that no law interferes with patients’ freedom to pay privately and with providers’ legal right to accept private payment. (b) Construction- Nothing in this Act shall be construed as prohibiting the sale of health insurance coverage for any additional benefits not covered by this Act, such as for cosmetic surgery or other services and items that are not medically necessary. [Emphasis added.] Unforeseen Consequence: Prohibits Private Health Insurance for Covered Services (Most Health Care) TITLE I--ELIGIBILITY AND BENEFITS SEC. 102. BENEFITS AND PORTABILITY. (a) In General- The health insurance benefits under this Act cover all medically necessary services, including at least the following: (1) Primary care and prevention. (2) Inpatient care. (3) Outpatient care. (4) Emergency care. (5) Prescription drugs. (6) Durable medical equipment. (7) Long term care. (8) Mental health services. (9) The full scope of dental services (other than cosmetic dentistry). (10) Substance abuse treatment services. (11) Chiropractic services. (12) Basic vision care and vision correction (other than laser vision correction for cosmetic purposes). (13) Hearing services, including coverage of hearing aids. (b) Portability- Such benefits are available through any licensed health care clinician anywhere in the United States that is legally qualified to provide the benefits. (c) No Cost-Sharing- No deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other cost-sharing shall be imposed with respect to covered benefits. [Emphasis added.] Unforeseen Consequence: Prohibits Private Payment for Covered Services (Most Health Care) TITLE I--ELIGIBILITY AND BENEFITS SEC. 103. QUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS. (a) Requirement To Be Public or Non-Profit- (1) IN GENERAL- No institution may be a participating provider unless it is a public or not-for-profit institution. (2) CONVERSION OF INVESTOR-OWNED PROVIDERS- Investor-owned providers of care opting to participate shall be required to convert to not-for-profit status. (3) COMPENSATION FOR CONVERSION- The owners of such investor-owned providers shall be compensated for the actual appraised value of converted facilities used in the delivery of care. (4) FUNDING- There are authorized to be appropriated from the Treasury such sums as are necessary to compensate investor-owned providers as provided for under paragraph (3). (5) REQUIREMENTS- The conversion to a not-for-profit health care system shall take place over a 15-year period, through the sale of U.S. Treasury Bonds. Payment for conversions under paragraph (3) shall not be made for loss of business profits, but may be made only for costs associated with the conversion of real property and equipment. (b) Quality Standards- (1) IN GENERAL- Health care delivery facilities must meet regional and State quality and licensing guidelines as a condition of participation under such program, including guidelines regarding safe staffing and quality of care. (2) LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS- Participating clinicians must be licensed in their State of practice and meet the quality standards for their area of care. No clinician whose license is under suspension or who is under disciplinary action in any State may be a participating provider. (c) Participation of Health Maintenance Organizations- (1) IN GENERAL- Non-profit health maintenance organizations that actually deliver care in their own facilities and employ clinicians on a salaried basis may participate in the program and receive global budgets or capitation payments as specified in section 202. (2) EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS- Other health maintenance organizations, including those which principally contract to pay for services delivered by non-employees, shall be classified as insurance plans. Such organizations shall not be participating providers, and are subject to the regulations promulgated by reason of section 104(a) (relating to prohibition against duplicating coverage). (d) ~~Freedom of Choice~~ -Patients shall have free choice of ~~participating~~ physicians and other clinicians, hospitals, and inpatient care facilities. Ker-On 23-July-2008 Time just seems to be getting faster than ever for you, as you look for a way out of your present problems. Even if people are not outwardly looking for evidence of changes, they only have to look within to find confirmation. It is evident as inner feelings of peace, a lightness in your step, and a calmness about you that is unaffected by the outer events. Variable sleep patterns are also likely with the occasional long sleep that is very rejuvenating. Strangely enough, when you begin to live within the “Now” your memory seems less reliable, as you do not place the same importance on linear time. It is the effect of breaking away from the traditional conditioning that ties you to strict timing. You will find your actions become more spontaneous, and you will feel as if you have all the time in the world to do things. You will also find that you have a stronger bond with other people, and even a warmth meeting with strangers as though you already know them. It is the coming together as the One, as your consciousness expands and you are lifted up. Separateness becomes a condition of the past, as you overcome the barriers built up over millennia of time. It is looking forward and not backwards, and forgiving those who have brought disruption into your life. Last but not least it is the forgiving of Self, as to hold on to guilt or fear of the consequences of the past, is simply going to delay your progress. You do not sign up for Ascension, but it is important that you have a commitment to follow a path that you believe will lead you to it. In this way, you attract the higher vibrations to yourself and you will intuitively know you have found it. It will get easier as you progress as preconceived ideas and beliefs will fall by the wayside, as the Truth of your Being dawns upon you. You are a powerful soul and do not realize that you can create for your own needs. Your thoughts are energized and attract a response in some form, even if you do not recognize it immediately. You set the pace at which you awaken, and you take one step at the time, and no one forces you to go faster than you wish. It is a matter of keeping aware of the opportunities that are purposefully placed upon your path, for your spiritual advancement. There are many that lead to Ascension, and those followed by other souls are not necessarily yours. After all, you are at different stages of understanding, and you will have your own path planned as part of your life contract. Some souls will totally change their paths, as they will experience a sudden en-LIGHT-enment and be uplifted through a quantum leap forward. It is like stepping into a new dimension of Light, and shedding the attachments that have kept you in the dark, but it happens so quickly. It is that moment when all seems to stand still, when you experience your true Self and All That Is. If you are as fortunate to move out of the lower energies in this way, you will emerge as a new soul linked forevermore with the higher vibrations. For most of you your advancement will be less dramatic, and will proceed steadily and positively in a way that is more commonly experienced. The coming of the final days of reckoning emphasizes the need to focus on what you want out of life. You decide as you always have, and have now reached that point where you are ready to put the darkness and confusion behind you, and step up fully into the Light. However, many souls continue to be totaled immersed in the lower vibrations. Once the truth begins to emerge it will challenge them to question their beliefs, largely formed over millennia of time as a result of misdirection and guidance. They have prevented their immediate recognition of the opportunities that now face them, and consequently they linger in the 3D for a longer period than necessary. No matter what direction you now go into, it will have given you experiences that only come with the end-times. These will serve to assist you in making your pathway much easier, as no experience is without some value to you. The greatest asset you can have at this time is an open mind, and be able to examine your cherished beliefs that may be holding you back. The truth will always resonate with you, even if you initially find it difficult to accept. As time goes on and you see where Man is heading it will become easier to comprehend, particularly when our presence is confirmed and becomes public knowledge. When we openly arrive, see in us your future selves and know that we are those who have already ascended. You have brought yourselves to this point in time through your own efforts. You have been successful in lifting up your consciousness, so much so that there is no going back to the old vibrations. We of the Galactic Federation are here to help you cleanse away the last remnants of the old cycle of duality. It is both a physical and mental exercise that will also be joined by many Masters who have been in contact with you for millennia of time. Presently you have so many dear souls working with you for your release from duality. If you apply yourselves in ways that further your spiritual evolution, you will advance very quickly. Never has your opportunity to succeed been as great as it is now. The dark forces have unwittingly galvanized the positive forces for change, and we see so many different groups that are ready to challenge them. Thereby lies your strength as you are gradually forcing the dark into a corner, and they realize they cannot stop your progress. The energy for change has become so powerful that it will manifest the results you seek. That time approaches more rapidly and your patience will soon be rewarded. This gave our Earth allies the opportunity to begin fine-tuning the working set-up of the new banking system and developing the more detailed regulations governing the efficiency of your new global banking network. When combined with the coming-on-line of the true-value basket of global currencies, this will successfully end the fiat-based economies that grew up in the post WW II era. This change over establishes fair practices regarding the way commercial and savings banks operate, thus securing an environment that is much more stable and less given to the enormous excesses characteristic of the post WW II world. An important part of this is the prosperity programs which are ready to roll and which kick-start the sorely needed redistribution of the world's wealth. This can transform your society's economic models, wiping out the unjust biases that have ever kept the majority in poverty and debt, and unable to find any redress to their plight. In this new realm the poor are to be given financial remedies along with the education and guidance needed to end poverty and restore to each human the dignity that lack of wealth and unwieldy cultural traditions have wrested from them. This is not a massive rescue project but rather a means to humanize your society's treatment of its members. We need you to perceive yourselves in a new light and to define your lives not according to what is "handed to you by fate" but by externalizing your innate, creative joy. Once your "survival mode" is banished, a lot of re-education will be required; old, ingrained perceptions must be upgraded; and the immediate and long-term implications of your new realities openly examined. The immense amount of money you are getting has the primary purpose of moving you out of your restricted mindset into an unlimited confidence about who you are and what kind of society you can create. This is the first issue to be focused on. In order to build a lasting foundation, you must first set the intention with as much detail as possible. Then Heaven intends to help you in every way to make it a reality. Another factor in this transformation is the releasing and implementation of a huge range of suppressed inventions. The de facto reigning-in of your natural, unlimited potential has surrounded you with seemingly insurmountable global problems. Once you are set free, the Earth allies and the Galactic Federation can change how your society functions, thus unleashing a whirlwind of possibilities. Humanity is deeply locked into the concept of haves and have-nots, which is an illusion dinned into you by your former masters, the Anunnaki. Its purpose was to give them access to your creativity while making you believe in the concept of "less than." Limits exist only in the mind, and when intentions are thus twisted, a world such as the one you see around you develops naturally from that. In fact you swallowed an illusion and thus made it real. Now the time has come to cast out this nonsense and return to a reality that accurately reflects the natural creativity and abundance of your true selves. Never before has the Light been able rise up in such a majestic way, that it towers over the dark. It has been accomplished through the awakening consciousness of Mankind. A powerful energy of Light has been grounded upon the Earth, that it is destined to carry you forward to your ultimate and undeniable victory over the dark forces. We are here to help pave the way for you, so that in the last days you are fully prepared for Ascension. There has never been any doubt, that together we would establish the Light upon Earth. Now we await the inevitable outcome that shall release you from the lower energies, that have held you back for millennia of time. Already many of you are able to protect yourselves from their effects and confidently walk in safety. Not only that, you have helped establish a connection of Light between each other, that is speeding up the process of change. All proceeds as planned, and the momentum you have created will ensure that major events that will change your lives come quickly into manifestation. It will take time to establish the new order all over the world, but once the model is seen to be working in the U.S., others will gladly follow. Change is never greeted with open arms, but when the advantages are seen there will no difficulty in getting them accepted. What we have to offer is the answer to the mounting problems that beset you. We look on with sadness as the dark plan their last big gamble to retain control, yet it is bound to fail. On many occasions they have had opportunities to gracefully withdraw, but they have arrogantly pushed ahead with no regard for the death and destruction that their actions have caused. The sanctity of life seems to have had no meaning to them, and they have looked upon you as expendable, indeed their plans have deliberately sought to reduce the population upon Earth. The depth of their malevolence has no limits, as the dark energies behind them have urged them ever onwards. However it must be said that what you have been experiencing is but a reflection of what Man has created over millennia of time. Your journey through duality has been one of experiencing the result of using your freewill, and learning that you must accept responsibility for your creations. Therefore clearing your Karma has brought about the realization of the Law of Attraction, and how it has resulted in the necessity of you serving repeated lives upon Earth. Ascension is your pathway out of duality, but it has to be earnt and will not just be placed in your lap. It is your individual responsibility to prepare yourself, and seek all ways that can raise the Light within you. As you are fond of saying, you have to be in the Earth, but not of it, so try to find ways of becoming centered within self, and hold your energies close to you. Be non-judgmental and compassionate for those who have not found their path, and remember you are all brothers and sisters bound together by the Love and Light of God. Many times you have all fell by the wayside, but you have not been damned because of it. Always a helping hand is held out to lift you back into the Light, so if you feel alone or neglected please ask for help and it will be given. The members of the Galactic Federation are ascended Beings, and membership is based upon that requirement. A place already exists for you dear souls of Earth who complete your journey on to Ascension. With your experience you will be a valuable addition to our forces. There are other civilizations developing elsewhere that would benefit from what you have learnt. You may well find that because of your attachment to Earth, you will volunteer to guide those who will still go on to experience in the lower dimensions elsewhere. The choice is yours as freewill is still your gift from God even in the higher dimensions. The difference is that you are so embodied in the Light; there is no place for the dark energies because they cannot exist within them. Having reached such a level, doing the Will of God in no way restricts or limits your experiences. It is exactly the opposite as Cosmos opens up to you revealing a richness of opportunities that are never ending. While on the Earth, it is almost impossible to touch base with the beauty and joy of existing in the realms of pure Light. However, by comparison even at the relatively low level found in your regions of Nirvana, it leaves an indelible impression for those of you who have visited them. It is the pervading energy that totally envelops you that is ecstatic and uplifting, and brings a feeling of peace that you never wish to release or move from. Think only of what lies in store for many of you and set your sights on Ascension, and the earthly matters that assail your senses will recede into the background. We have endeavored to tell you as much as is prudent, given that the dark forces are out to prevent the completion of our task to release you from their control. They of course avidly follow our communications, and know that we are filling your skies with our craft. Although we are no threat to you and have conducted ourselves in an exemplary manner, many times our craft have been chased and attempts made to shoot us down. Such action is however quite futile, and we have many options that enable us to avoid confrontation. Atmos 18-July-2008 A day in your life seems to go so much quicker than ever before, yet the illusion of time still allows you to carry out your normal daily tasks. It is becoming more apparent to you that time is not constant, and meditation is an example of altered states of consciousness you experience. Not many of you have controlled out of the body experiences, but if you do the time factor is totally different. You have found that you can seemingly achieve so much, yet so little time has passed when you relate it to how long you have been away. Our experiences in Space are very similar, particularly when we move backward and forward in time. There is also a different factor involved with intergalactic travel, where we move at speeds faster than light. Time such as you know it is changing very rapidly, and once you move out of duality into the higher realms it will have little relevance. We use craft of different types according to what our destination is, and those you mainly see in your skies are small scout ships for that specific use. Sometimes you see our cigar shaped Mothercraft that carry them, and they range from a few hundred feet to thousands of miles long. The latter are kept well outside of your Earth’s atmosphere, and form part of the fleet that is waiting for First Contact. Linear time for you rules your lives, but for your experience is necessary. On occasions some of you have been invited aboard our craft, and you have found that a long period with us is but a short time as you measure it. It is the manner in which your consciousness alters that creates the different impressions. We know that as you continue to uplift your consciousness, your experience of time will change with it. As a result some of you are finding that apparent memory loss is occurring, and it is because you are no longer bound by linear time. Your mind can so to say be in more than one place at once, and it can be confusing when you are used to doing just one thing at the time. Just imagine when you regain your creative power, which will be part of your Ascension process, and also when you can travel by pure thought which is instantaneous. Will time even be of any consequence or even necessary? At present you have a nice routine with your sleep and waking pattern. The Sun rises and sets, and your physical body responds accordingly as it needs regular recharging every 24 hours. However, your new crystalline body that is beginning to replace your present one, will eventually have no such needs. Indeed, even now you will find that progressively you require less sleep. Because you will be able to literally renew your body from the energy that is around you, the normal extent of your solid food intake also becomes unnecessary. These are changes that some of you are already noting, and the habit of setting regular meal times will be replaced by simply eating when you need sustenance. All of the things I have mentioned are part of the Ascension process, and are preparing you for the final upliftment. It is quite natural and it is not a matter of “giving up” anything at all, as when your body is ready the subtle changes will occur and you will feel much better for it. Perfect health is something no one experiences on Earth, as you are subjected to energies and conditions that “attack” your psyche and your physical body reacts to it. Factors such as the effect of your food intake, and your lack of emotional control such as anger all damage the normal function of your bodies. I refer not just to your physical body but also your etheric body, that carries your energies and where an imbalance can lead to illness. All these problems will lessen as you cleanse yourself and lift up your consciousness. You are beginning to understand the nature of the power you are developing, and how your thoughts are reflected in your body. Like attracts like, and if you can concentrate on those that bring harmony and balance to it, healing will take place. As many teaching sources have informed you, your emotions are a big factor in your lives. It is an area that requires your attention if you aspire to be part of Ascension. Duality is continually trying you out, and we do not make light of the difficult situations you can face. All challenges are a part of your evolution and allow for rapid advancement. You are in a truly wonderful period of opportunity that if you can apply yourself, will ensure that you leave this level for once and for all. Earth has its moments of utter joy and happiness, but usually these are fleeting experiences. In the higher dimensions it is always blissful, as the energies are pure and untainted by the lower energies you are in now. The truth is that they cannot exist there, and constant harmony and balance is in everything around you. You will find beauty unparalleled upon Earth, and not sullied by the dirt and grime you are used to seeing. Dear Ones, you are so near to the final phases of Ascension that will cleanse the Earth. We of the Galactic Federation are charged with carrying out those tasks, and our craft are fully ready and equipped to move at a minutes notice. First however, the initial steps must be taken mainly by you to oust the last cabal that stands in the way of change. That task is progressing very well, and we have little doubt that success is very near. A few more weeks or even months are not important, as the stage must be set for our arrival in the manner we have requested. Certain changes have to be in place, so that as a population you have discerned our purpose and how we fit in. Financial problems are about to peak, and it is in this vital area that the new system must fully replace the old. There has to be a base from which we can work, and money matters are up front because of the unfair and unequal distribution of wealth. Political systems are also a priority, as it is vital that your representatives are honest and dedicated to the good of the people. A new Constitution must reflect the original concepts that made you the leaders of your destiny, and not those who have taken away your freedom. St. Germain 16-July-2008 My Dear Ones, these are times of much soul searching for the truth, and it is not just finding it but being at that stage of understanding so that it does not pass you by. There are a multitude of beliefs that are forever changing, and many have a strong religious flavor. It is a jungle of words, the Interpretation of which is not easy to find your way through. Your drive and purpose is in the search for God, the Omniscient and Omnipotent energy of All That Is. It has been traditional for Man to seek outside of himself for his connection with God, and worship the idols and images of God that are placed before him. This has the means of focusing your minds on the object of your thoughts and devotion, and as a consequence you will often create God in a human like form. In the West Jesus is your icon and images of him abound wherever you find a place of worship. This also helps focus your thoughts and prayers, on a Master who walked the Earth as a World Teacher and the Christ. His energy was solidly and permanently placed on Earth, and has continued to be there and attracted to those who have lifted up their vibrations onto a higher level. He came to save the World from itself and its abominations, but your salvation as always remains in your own hands. The way has been signposted by so many enlightened Beings, but the path for you comes from within. It is your choice that determines your experiences, although very few of you realize that you are fully responsible for al of your thoughts and actions. The Truth is simplicity in itself, and not bound up in edicts and creeds that are beyond your understanding. Each of you has to have a basic belief in your purpose of life, and even non-believers experience growth and expansion because of them. After all, each life can be quite different in the challenges set up for your experience and evolution. Yet placed together they will paint a picture of one soul that has a chosen path with a specific goal in mind. It is the upliftment of Self, and the letting go of all that no longer serves your higher purpose. Few realize that there are connections with their previous lives, that drive their search for the Truth. It is the finding again of your link with your Higher Self, whilst putting aside all of those outer influences that do not resonate with you. Man is travelling on a journey back to the higher realms, ones that lead to levels that are quite familiar and from which he dropped down into the lower vibrations. It is therefore a journey back into the past, but this time you will be far greater because of your experiences. No lesson is lost on Man, and you cannot help but learn from your time in the cycle of duality. By its very nature, duality has allowed false gods to emerge and take you to the doors of Hell, but not the one depicted in your religions. Hell has been created on Earth, but now the Light is shining into the dark recesses of your minds. The opportunity has been given to you so that you may see a lighted pathway out of it. The ultimate destination is the higher realms through the process of Ascension, and no more will the dark energies be able to impinge upon your consciousness. You attract what you have created for yourself, and that is the just and lawful way that you experience. It is an important lesson that teaches you a responsible approach to your own creations, and it is essential if you are to regain your greater powers in the higher dimensions. What you are rapidly coming to understand is that your creations go with you, and no one but you is responsible. The criterion for successfully using your power, is that nothing you create should cause harm to another or usurp their freewill. If all thoughts, actions deeds are for the highest reasons, and carry the energy of the love vibration you will have no reason to be concerned about the outcome. It is the most simple advice, yet you seem to have so much difficulty in bringing it into your lives. To state that Man has lost his way is an understatement, and compassion and love for his own kind or indeed all life forms is sadly lacking. Man’s inhumanity is legend and your history is written in blood and death. Now you stand at the cross roads of your evolution, and a wonderful period of opportunity presents itself so that you may leave the old ways behind. First comes the desire to lift up out of duality and the darkness that has accompanied it. Greed and selfishness have to be replaced by fairness and sharing, and unconditional love the motivation for all you do. Whatever you believe about your personal God, know that there is only the One God of your Universe who epitomizes everything that is Love and Light. Changing your habits of many, many lifetimes does not come easy, but once you declare your intention to step into the Light there are great Beings that will accompany you, including those from the Angelic Realms. Call on them in your prayers or meditations and they will be at your side instantly. Call on any of the Masters including myself, as our lives are in service acting as conduits for the unending Love expressed through God. Call on God and be sure that you will be heard, and allow for a response that will not always be as you expect. Remember that you do not fully know the nature of your life contract, and that is intentionally closed from you. If you were to know, you may be distracted from other aspects of it to your detriment. Your Earth may is going through a trauma at present, but that is unavoidable as the great cleansing is beginning to peak. Energies that will have no place on the new Earth are being brought into the open for transmutation, and as the Light does its work so their ability to continue affecting you will diminish. Duality will always exist at the lower levels of vibration through the Laws of Attraction, but has no place within the Light. This is why we encourage you to spend time focusing on all that is wholesome and in harmony with it, and help raise the vibration upon Earth. You are in a most important period of evolution both from a personal point of view, and as the collective of Humanity. You have the ability to speed up the changes by bringing the higher energies to Earth, and the more of you that do so the quicker you will see the end of the dark regime. There is someone in my family that has periodically sought to punish me and others by cutting herself off from communication with us, ignoring us. The unexpected result is that it made our lives easier, because the conflict was gone and we were easily able to forgive her in her absence. But her inability to forgive prolonged her own pain and indignation at our real or imagined misdeeds, as if she would "win" by outlasting us. Thus, she is the one who suffered by not being able to forgive. If you knew the details, you'd find it odd that we forgave her first. But as it turns out, the one able to forgive instantly and unconditionally is the one who "wins" in the long run. So take a deep breath, look at what matters in this too-short journey, and don't forget to love. ~Phoenix Uriel's Message -- Seeking Redemption, Finding Peace by Jennifer Hoffman Your karmic journey is a search for redemption, to find resolution of the pain that you have caused others and that others have caused you. It is a journey that repeats itself over and over again because there is no redemption without the one thing that can end karma, which is forgiveness. Your quest for redemption ends when you can apply unconditional forgiveness to yourself and to others. Then you have peace and karma is finished. Where you have caused others pain you create a situation that provides you with opportunities to change your response. But often the karma is repeated in the same way, creating another karmic cycle and an opportunity for you to re-create the situation in another lifetime. Where others have karma with you, they attempt to change their behavior but often repeat the past as well. And so the cycle continues. Each of you is seeking redemption by re-creating the situation. But it cannot be healed without forgiveness. In forgiveness there is redemption; without forgiveness the karmic cycle repeats itself. All of humanity has repeated these karmic cycles in an endless pattern of pain, suffering and emotional drama. The soul seeks forgiveness and peace; the mind seeks explanations, answers and redemption. It wants to know why it was betrayed, hurt, abandoned and judged. It believes that through these answers it will find redemption. But the true answer does not lie in these things, many of which have no explanation. Forgiveness is the answer the mind seeks and to achieve forgiveness the mind must abandon all expectations of understanding 'why', it must simply accept and move on. Forgiveness does not seek redemption, it knows that there is no reason to justify what happened in the past for the past no longer exists unless it is brought into the present moment. Seeking to justify any aspect of the past allows it to be re-created in the present. With forgiveness there is an end to karma, an opportunity to create a new reality and the peace that passes all understanding. Do not seek to know why, give those things to the Universe. Let yourself forgive unconditionally and move into the vibration of unconditional love, peace and joy. Diane 14-July-2008 I am Diane from Sirius, and it is my pleasure to come to you again, at a time when the expectations are high and there is a feeling in the air of dramatic changes. Indeed there are many afoot, and our part is to ensure they take place. At no stage in this solar cycle have you been left at the mercy of the dark forces, and we have always followed your progress. When necessary we enter the affray, and always hold the balance for you. We can clearly see the end-times approaching, and have the advantage of knowing that they will end with your total success. Whatever your view regarding the end-times, always remember that the ultimate aim is to raise your consciousness. Whilst doing this it will remove the emphasis from the outer events, which may become more disconcerting for a while. The more difficult times become, the more you need to concentrate on your own development towards full consciousness. Many paths lead to spiritual fulfillment, and the opportunity to ascend is one that comes through great co-ordination by the highest Beings of the Lighted Realms. Ascension will proceed regardless of the developments upon Earth as you are but a minor player in them, yet most important to the whole. The Earth will together with all those souls that have lifted up, become part of the Golden Age of beauty, peace and harmony. Day by day it is dawning upon people that the old ways of Man are ending. So much no longer serves your purpose, and the quiet revolution is gathering pace and your voices will be heard. Not only that, their powerful energy will ensure that your wishes are fulfilled. It may appear that time is short, but the planning of the Elders is exact, and completion of this cycle will proceed accordingly. Do not hold fear at all, as you are about to witness the end of the dark influences. Everything has its place and a role to play in bringing it about. Many Lightworkers are awakening to their tasks, having entered this period specifically for that purpose. Search your soul and you will find your reason for being here now, and know that you are all important in the context of the whole. You came knowing you would be here for the changes, and now it is your time to move into action. It is certainly needed, as the changes can now be seen to be bringing about the collapse of the old paradigm. What cannot be seen are the overriding energies that are taking their place, and allowing the new to manifest. It is all there waiting the opportune moment to suddenly burst upon the scene. The opposition between the dark and Light will soon be settled, and a halt brought to the destructive forces that have been unleashed. Their power is being taken from them through prevention rather than confrontation, as we approach such matters with peaceful intentions. The Galactic Federation has much experience in dealing with such matters, and our technological superiority will ensure that any threat to you is contained. The Earth is to complete this cycle restored to its pristine condition, and we are fully prepared to carry it out as soon as the danger to you is removed. Your whole history is linked with contact by extraterrestrial visitors, and what has been happening in recent times is nonetheless extraordinary. The difference now is that you have a growing awareness, and acceptance of our presence. Most importantly, there is a greater belief in our peaceful contact and intentions towards you. Abductions are not related to our activities, but the Greys who are involved, were given permission to contact Earth because of the nature of their needs. Those of you who have been selected and taken to their craft, are souls from their own civilization who have agreed to assist them. It is in a bid to save them from extinction, and find a means to continue their evolution. There are others interested in Man, but contact is very limited. There are Universal Laws that all must obey where another civilization is concerned, and outright interference is not allowed. It is different if you attract a like “vibration” to Earth as happened in the Sumerian period, when the Annunaki arrived in that country. Those events are chronicled as recorded on their tablets, and you can also find reference in your Old Testament. They were the old God’s of War and destruction, who set Man against Man in their desire to control, however they have long departed the Earth. We have also been attracted to you because of the higher vibration that has developed upon Earth. It is bringing back the Light and it continues to increase, ensuring that the path to Ascension will be fully manifested. God is the power behind your evolution, and carries out the Creator’s decree where you are concerned. Why Healing is Important by Jennifer Hoffman Universal laws govern ever aspect of our reality, responding to our every thought, belief and action. Whether we use them in conscious creation or are surprised by what boomerangs into our life as result of our energetic projections, they are a constant and unrelenting presence and work with us to create the truth that we believe about ourselves. When that truth is based on our wounded past we create a reality that reflects our wounds. So it is important to do our healing work before we step into trying to use Universal laws to manifest or we will simply create more of the past instead of a transformed reality. Our lessons are an initiation into using our power and reveal those places that require attention and healing. Going through our 'work', which means addressing areas where we experience pain, fear and doubt allows us to resolve and release our wounds. Without this effort we are manifesting from what we believe to be possible and our fear instead of from the miraculous. Going through the healing work raises our energetic vibrations, creating greater possibilities for transformation. We have been led to believe that it is possible to focus on what we want and it will come to pass. And that is partly true. But if we want to be in the flow and enable effortless manifestation in our lives we must be willing to heal and to work through what requires healing. This is why it may seem that when we try to manifest whatever we are attempting to change suddenly becomes worse. Whatever blocks us-and may have been blocking us for years and even lifetimes-reveals itself to us. Can we see beyond the immediate issues and find their blessing, an opportunity to transform our energetic vibrations and step into effortless manifestation, using Universal law to its highest potential? The Universal laws work very simply but that does not mean they are easy to work with. Because they are nonjudgmental and neutral they respond and do not ask questions. When we have raised our vibration enough to want to work with Universal laws we also agree to do the healing work that is required to work with them consciously and in ways that manifest the reality of our dreams. Ag-agria 11-July-2008 Each day it must be becoming apparent that your reality is in a quickening stage of change, as you are witnessing the break up of it. It can no longer hold its place in the rising vibrations, and more importantly in your consciousness. You are awakening to the need for change on a scale previously unprecedented, as the vision you hold for the future is manifesting in the midst of the daily chaos. The institutions that have propped up your governments are in disarray, and the whole structure is proving inadequate to accommodate the incoming changes. There is of course much resistance to them and not just from those trying to maintain a different agenda. There is also some within the public domain where large numbers are still uninformed as to what is happening, or aware of the cyclic nature of everything. It is most important that those who have knowledge of the manner in which changes are occurring, help others to understand the necessity for them. People are ready to open up to new ideas, and subconsciously are aware that Mankind cannot continue to make further progress under the old systems. In fact, there is an rapidly growing awareness that Man has been denied the means to move out of the last century, and benefit from many advanced discoveries that would have totally uplifted the quality of life. From a spiritual point of view, it is also realized that the ways of Man are lacking consideration for the welfare of others, as materialism has created a selfish outlook. Self is put first, second and third, without thought for the immutable bond that links all life together. The changes that are coming will remedy the problems that beset you, and fairness and equality will ensure that all have sufficient to live without the feeling of need. It will also allow more free expression in the caring of others, and cultural differences will no longer be an issue. Religious beliefs will be tempered by the knowledge that you are All One, and that your Source is the Creator of All That Is. The religious differences that have previously plagued you and prevented close friendships, will disappear in the face of a new wave of spirituality that reveals the truth about your past. It will also paint the picture of exciting times ahead, where your consciousness takes leaps and bounds into the realms of Cosmic understanding. You will come together with a common purpose dedicated to creating a new world of harmony and peace. The experiences that you are having now are not necessarily pleasant, and life is hectic and very demanding. However, they are necessary for your realization and acceptance of the Karma that Man has set in motion since entering duality. Everything that you have experienced, or is yet to come is the result of energies that have become grounded upon Earth for eons of time. Therefore, your experience would not be complete unless you saw out these final days. If you can take it in your stride and see it for what it is as a creation that you have empowered, it will have served its purpose. You are not the victim of circumstances beyond your control, as you are here for the very reason that you have chosen to be present at such a memorable time. It will not be much longer before the changes will become apparent, and there are major events about to occur that will be the first signal of the opening of a new pathway for Man. Once you see that you can lift out of the morass created by the dark energies, your vision of a new Earth will become quickly energized and manifested. Everything is speeding up, and there will inevitably be a collision course between the Light and dark by the end of this year. It will not result in catastrophe as many anticipate, but instead denude the dark of their power to cause further disruption and delays. There is a time and place for everything in an orderly Universe, and Earth is part of a greater plan that will see it ascend. It is by decree of the Creator, and dare anyone try to stand in the way. The Forces of Heaven have been massed and organized for your salvation, and also to enable you to take your place in the higher realms that are your destiny. People must be awakened to what is about to happen, and be allowed to make their choice as to which path they desire to follow. As you fully know by now, if you choose not to ascend your life will still proceed as part of your continued experiences. In this respect there need be no sadness or regret as all must fulfill their lives as they see fit, and guidance from higher sources will be given to help them make their decision. Try to see the end-times as something to be greeted with joy, and realize that all of the physical upheaval is necessary prelude to clearing away all that is no longer necessary for your evolution. The old and the new come together at this time, and as the phoenix emerges from the ashes of the old a great Light will settle upon Earth. There are two points that are really important for you to keep in mind at this time. One is that you have infinite life and whatever happens to you, your God spark – the real you will always exist. Secondly, that in this lifetime the civilization known as Hu-Man is to experience the end of duality. Ascension is the next step providing you are prepared to make the effort to prepare for it. From the higher realms every possible means is being taken to enlighten people as to what lies ahead. Messengers both on and off Earth have conveyed spiritual messages to you as part of your awakening. Many are the Masters that are well known to you such as St. Germain and Jesus. These great Beings of Light have moved into your vibration to bring truth, and it is not simply for those who call themselves Christians, but all denominations. The truth belongs to all alike and is not the prerogative of any one religion over and above another. The teachers who walked the Earth came with Love in their Hearts, and expressed it in the truth of their teachings. They came not to divide but to unite Man and bring you peace and freedom, yet it was Man who divided the people into many different sects. Nice to step away from the virtual world, and the virtually crazy world out there. Swimming in bathwater-warm surf, lying on a beach soaking in the sun as crashing waves lull you into the dreamspace, writing, reading, meditating, later jumping on jetty rocks fast enough to hope your feet keep up...at the end of the day, a good meal. These are things that restore the soul. Re-entry is not even that bad, because these kinds of experiences alter the waking reality we return to, as we ourselves have been altered inside, thus allowing us to see with "new eyes". SaLuSa 09-July-2008 It may be hard for you to keep up with events that are taking place on Earth, as the diversity of your options to bring forward the changes is increasing all of the time. Our joint efforts are continuing to put pressure on the last cabal, and in some ways it is to our advantage that they rigidly stick to their long planned objectives. The next few months are critical to the outcome, and we fully expect to see some major turns in our favor. Our presence is putting continued obstacles in their way, and we present them with more problems than they can cope with. Be assured that we have total control of the situation, and will not allow it to get out of hand. At our level the excitement grows as we get ever nearer the time when we can openly meet you. It is an event that must take place and is the prelude to a great leap in your evolution. It has always been your destiny to move out of isolation, and expand your understanding of life. Your future lies in the stars where you will be more at home as a Cosmic Being. It is your true home and has always been so, and your earthly experiences are but one chapter in your desire to continue expanding your consciousness. With our help at your disposal, you will make a quantum leap forward out of the cycle of duality. Your individual lives are planned, and you will find that the Universe is an orderly place where everything is in balance. The matrix holds the key to all diversity, and it runs in co-ordination with great vortexes of energy. They are at the centre of all manifestation through the Lords of Creation. These great Beings have incredible power and co-ordinate the plan of the Creator. Galaxies are forever being created by them, and seeded with life forms that expand their knowledge with each experience. All is in movement, and when a certain level of creation has completed its cycle, all matter is re-absorbed to be used again as desired. There is no waste and the wonderful vision of the Creator continues to dream into existence more opportunities for your experience. We emphasize what wonderful Beings of Light you are, as many of you have no sense of purpose and feel unworthy to be on Earth. This feeling is partly the intention of those who have controlled your lives for millennia of time, and deliberately denigrated you so that you have lost your sense of self-esteem. You have in fact become so immersed in the lower vibrations, that you have lost touch with your Higher Selves. Your Light has been suppressed through draconian controls, and your freedom taken away from you. You have for too long been the chattels of your dark leaders, and beholden to their commands. However, the one thing the dark cannot do is prevent the Light from manifesting upon Earth, and it is increasing so rapidly that you are being awakened to your true selves. It is why we can say with absolute certainty that the days of the dark forces are numbered, and why you are now rising up. The changes that you are in the midst of, have been planned right from the inception of this cycle. There was never any doubt that you would respond to the Light, but just a matter of the freewill choice of Mankind as to how it would manifest amongst you. The Light is irresistible and is sorting the wheat from the chaff, and it is truly the harvest time upon Earth. It is a perfectly natural process, and ensures that you gravitate to the level that you have prepared for yourselves. The beauty of the Light is that once you have taken it into yourself, your consciousness expands and you awaken to the truth of its power to lift you up. From then on it is a rapid realization of your true potential to become great Beings of Light. With it comes the power to control your lives and set your own path into being. You become the master of your destiny through freewill choice, by taking back your power. Whilst it is very much an individual action, at the same time you are also empowering the mass consciousness of Mankind. It is becoming a formidable force for good, and is brokering the changes that you need to move forward. Light is love and its power is its ability to transform all that is out of balance. It is transmuting the lower energies and the dark have no answer to it. It is the everlasting immutable force that is sweeping across the planet, and lifting everything up. With freewill you can deny it but will eventually leave this level, as soon it will no longer accommodate anything except the higher energy. You will perhaps contemplate the fairness and beauty of such laws that exist all throughout creation. Every soul no matter where it is seeks the path of evolution, and they are numbered beyond calculation and accommodate all manner of desires. You choose your path, and the inner urge to keep moving onwards and upwards will ensure you keep evolving. It is behind your present awakening, having realized that you must break out of the hold duality has had upon you. It is no longer the place for those who are prepared to align their Will with that of the Creator, and seek the higher levels of harmony and balance. When you are ready they open up to you, and nothing will seem more natural than to take your place within them. There will be so much that you want to know once we can meet you, and there will be no lack of communication on our part. We have our plans in full readiness for your enlightenment, and a number of different forms of communication will be used. We wish to reach as many people as possible even in remote areas, and have the technology to do so. There are also large numbers of illuminated souls that have specifically joined you upon Earth for such an occasion. They are largely amongst your younger people, and they are already aware of their mission. They have the eyes with which to see where Man has gone wrong, but more importantly the answers to put it right. Take notice of your young people as many are speaking words of wisdom. They are advanced souls who have come from the higher levels where your destiny lies.
