It is I, Esu “Jesus” Sananda, come in the Light and Oneness of Creator God—Father-Mother Source of All That Is. Be still and find peace and knowing that ALL happens for a reason, and that at levels beyond your current conscious awareness, there is a synchronistic balance to all events that unfold in the physical realms of Creation. Many ones are searching for insight and understanding during these times of rapid transformation. There are many avenues presented to you ones at this time, and this message is but one such avenue. Diligent seekers of Truth will not have difficulty finding that which they seek. Most often, the difficult part is recognizing Truth when it crosses your path. Far too many ones who search for Higher Knowing and Understanding often allow personal prejudices, preconceptions, and fears to keep them from that which they innately desire. When there is dissatisfaction felt at the heart level of feeling, you can take that as a sure sign that you have grown past the “common” explanations for the world’s structure and functioning. For the most part, your world is one in which both cause and effect are looked for in the EXTERNAL physical world. The “advanced” scientists and so-called rational thinkers would have you believe that human consciousness is derived out of matter, and that it is the evolution of the physical brain which gives rise to consciousness. However, you ones who see beyond the physical reflections, into the higher dimensions (higher-frequency ranges of energies), will testify to the fact that this is indeed the exact opposite of the factual structure of the physical environment. You will see and know that consciousness PRECEDES physical structure, and that ALL manifestations in the physical have prior manifestations on higher-frequency, non-physical planes of existence. Those who have great difficulty in believing anything except for what they can see, touch, or perceive with their five physical senses, will naturally laugh or scoff at those who would present such “ludicrous” statements of “delusions”. Most often what are behind such REACTIONARY actions are deep fears of personal responsibility. These ones would love to PROVE that the soul does not exist, so that they would have no need to feel responsible for their choices and actions in any given life expression. However, it is often these highly educated ones who have to confront the many “mysterious” phenomena that only find explanation in the existence of the non-physical frequency ranges—dimensions that are consciously perceivable by the mind, but not by the normal five physical senses. The structure of physical matter is held in place and given order from the finer-frequency dimensions of energy. These finer-frequency dimensions respond and react to consciousness in proportion to emotional energy content. The greater the emotional energy, the more pronounced will be the shifts in non-physical space that then begin to precipitate into the physical. Often it is many years of accumulation of heartache (emotional pain and stress) that lead to the many diseases associated with aging of the physical body. It would stand to reason that the longer you experience in the physical, the more incidents of emotional experience that are accumulated. When ones hold on to the “negative” events of life experience, and re-live them over and over again in their minds, they will miss out on opportunities to experience the balancing energies of love and peace. The choices you make to dwell on such “negativity” will only serve to distort your personal energy field in such a manner as to cause restrictions in your energy field (auric field). These restrictions will, in turn, lead to malfunctions of various organs and tissues as you are, in effect, restricting the life-giving energies of Consciousness from flowing to (and through) an aspect of yourself, in an effort to avoid (wall off) the pain. Over years and years of accumulated experiences, often ones are caused (through soul-level self-choice) to have more and more experiences that will once again cause energy to flow to these “walled off” areas wherein emotional shutdown has occurred. Each time this happens the intent is to generate experiences that will give insight into an aspect of yourself that is lacking understanding and balance. Esu “Jesus” Sananda. Your world is full of ones who will not allow themselves to truly feel emotions such as love, for they live in great fear of being hurt. This fear is so great that these ones believe it is far better to never allow themselves to be “open” (vulnerable) to the pain of rejection, so that such pain will never be experienced, ever again. This reactionary behavior is only possible for those who do not truly understand the basic INNER CONNECTEDNESS of ALL ones, EVERYWHERE, and that there is no separation. In short, the pain is due to their own ignorance of WHO they are and the TRUE nature of the physical experience. This does not mean that such pain is not real. It means that, with the proper education and experience, a greater reality is achieved wherein such perceptions of rejection and disconnect are not possible, and therefore the fear of pain that ones often associate with expressing love toward another is likewise viewed as ridiculous. How do you get to the point of perceiving for yourself the inner connectedness of all ones and the “non-separation” that truly exists? You do this through constant examination of self, and generating a strong desire to KNOW TRUTH and have BALANCE in your life. Follow this desire wherever it may lead you. There are many, many unique paths that lead to this self-realization. A strong emotional desire and an unwavering focus on knowing will generate unique experiences in your life that will cause you to expand your awareness. Be diligent and open to “new” ideas. Often the so-called new ideas are found in some of the oldest recorded teachings available on your planet. Effort to recognize and to put aside the learned skepticisms and prejudices you may have acquired at some point between your birth and now. These are limiting preconceptions holding you back from a greater awareness of the world around you. For example, remember that often the children see into the finer spirit realms. The “imaginary” playmate (often one of the child’s spirit guides) is explained out of existence by the parents who are embarrassed since they think their child is “acting crazy”—especially as such behavior would cause “damage” to the reputation of the parents themselves if such behavior were allowed to go on without “correction”. Such inhibiting “corrections” in most cases will need to be un-learned for the majority of ones experiencing in your world at this time if any significant advancements are going to be made in personal awareness. This task of “correcting the corrections” may seem to be an overwhelming one—if you were to look at the current state of your planet’s spiritual awareness at present. However, please KNOW that you are ALL inter-connected with each other, and at the higher levels of consciousness there is only Oneness. So, as you, as an individual, expand your awareness, you will likewise expand the awareness of ALL ones, EVEYWHERE. As you un-learn the erroneous teachings and replace them with Truth, you will be helping ALL ones to un-learn similar erroneous beliefs. As you learn to allow yourself to feel and experience love to the fullest, you will be helping ALL ones to do likewise. It is an illusion that you are separate. You projected individuality into the physical plane of existence. The desire to do so had to be strong enough so that physical form was achieved. In doing so you created a very strong illusion of separation through individualization. It is now time to remember who you are and from where you come. It is a time for self-healing so that you not only reclaim your true spiritual heritage, but also help all ones to do the same. Remember my old teaching: “What you do unto the least of mine, so too you do unto me.” What does this mean to you? What is implied by these words? Can you not take it one step further and see that what you do to yourself you also do to me? Learn to love yourself. Learn to heal yourself. Only then can you truly love others or help others to heal themselves. Truly understanding and FEELING the Oneness of All That Is, is the key to transforming the disfiguring distortions of anger, pain, grief, and sorrow into the beauty, perfection, balance, and peace that are intended for all ones. Do whatever it takes to heal yourself from past pains. Do whatever it takes to rid yourself from the limitations that give rise to fears, worries, and doubts—and you WILL be giving this gift of awareness to the entirety of Creation, as well as to your nearby friends and neighbors. Transforming your world into the paradise it is destined to become is done one step at a time. Each must come into their own awareness of these basic truths, in their own unique way. Find the erroneous beliefs within you. They are the ones most closely associated with the fears and apprehensions you emanate. Seek understanding and “alternative” reasons that would allow for the fears and apprehensions to give way to peace and certainty. True knowledge will keep you from thinking that “the sky is falling” or that “the death of the physical body is the end of my existence”. True knowledge, once achieved, will liberate you from your fears. True knowledge will likewise help to provide the courage to rise above the superstitions of fundamentalist religious teachings, or to break the bondage of the rigorous dogma of so-called “scientific” teachings. As always, you choose your own path, including that which you believe. A belief is something ones hold as truth even when they cannot prove the accuracy of same. Beliefs are very subjective in nature, and you would each be wise to challenge your beliefs—especially when there are “negative” feelings associated with them—because there is TRULY nothing to ever be afraid of. A belief that has an element of fear in it should stand as proof that you believe something that is simply not true. You each have a myriad of Angels (or Guides) in the non-physical realms waiting to add their energy to your own. When you take a step in the direction of increasing your awareness (finding answers to your “problems”), these ones will align their energies with your intent and help you to precipitate your desire in a manner that will help you to reach the next step you need in order to achieve your goal. When you lose sight of your desire and give up, you severely limit the ability of these ones to assist you, for you give them little or nothing to align their energies with. So please be diligent in your search for that which brings true peace and happiness, and please always be looking for opportunities to express love and appreciation to your fellow travelers. SaLuSa 16-December-2009 Some of you wonder what our belief is where God is concerned. Your language is inadequate to convey our understanding, but the principle difference is that so many of you have personified God as humanlike. Your reason is often connected with the biblical reference that refers to Man being made in the image of God. Dear Ones that was meant to convey to you that you are of the same essence as God. Have you not been referred to as God sparks, and told that you were breathed out by God. Furthermore, you have been called gods, because you are all the Sons and Daughters of God. We prefer to call the Source of All That Is the Supreme Creator, and therefore you also exist within the same energy. With this understanding you can see that all around you is connected and is One. It makes your relationship with all life more understandable, and indicates your responsibility to it. As we have informed you previously, you are the Guardians of the Earth and it is now time that you accepted your responsibility. You have to help restore Mother Earth, and it is your recompense for all she has done for you. As you might say, you are all in it together and it is true that what you do to one, you do to all. The more you establish a loving relationship with Mother Earth, the more it will help lessen the need for dramatic changes. Global warming is currently very much the topic of the day, and it is well that you try to understand how you can reduce the damage you are causing. However, what is not fully taken into consideration is that your Sun is changing, and is by far the main reason that the changes are taking place. In time they will settle down and you will have more temperate conditions throughout the world. The extremes of weather as you have always experienced, will no longer occur and life will become more pleasant and totally bearable. As the changes are brought about they will open up opportunities to receive the higher energies. It will enable the cleansing of the old and allow the new to manifest. Of course we are going to be greatly involved in the activities on Earth, and will accompany you for the rest of your journey to Ascension. We are eager to get started, and for the time being the “Disclosure” announcement is the key to a new phase in your evolution. There are other options that will be invoked if necessary, and our mission will be completed as planned. Minor delays can be accommodated and as we have often informed you, there is a final date by which we will in one way or another have to get started. Because so many people are normally involved in carrying out covert actions, it is difficult to get to the truth. However, the longer time passes so the facts relating to 9/11 are coming out and they are irrefutable. The involvement of officials in high places is being revealed, and no amount of excuses will release them from their responsibility for what happened. Learning of the manner in which you have been deliberately mislead, is important if you are to understand the intent of the dark Ones. They have acted not in your name but for their own greed and desire for power over you. You have been deceived time and time over, and wars have been engineered for the same reasons. The massive loss of life involved weighs heavily upon the souls who brought them about, and they will yet experience the pain and distress they caused. It is the same for all souls when they face themselves in the Light of Truth, and there can be no denying the result of their actions. There is no such thing as getting away with misdeeds, although you may have escaped punishment under Man’s Laws. We talk of your life review when your physical life has ended, when each thought and action is examined with a view to determining how much interference or harm it may have caused another soul. Intent is the factor that indicates whether it may have been accidental or deliberate. It is you Dear Ones who decide in what way you should handle the lessons you need to learn. You will therefore understand the care we always take to tell you that there is no punishment involved. For most of you your karma of this nature is coming to a close, as you have worked out many weaknesses through so many different lives. Certainly you do progress, and great numbers of you are seeing out this cycle with Ascension in your sights. It has come to you deservedly through hard work and dedication to your spiritual path. Everyone’s lives have purpose and lead you ever onwards in your evolutionary search for upliftment. After all what meaning would your lives have if there was not some goal you were working towards? Your existence is not some freak accident, but of a careful design intended to give you every opportunity to move off the wheel of rebirth. Ascension is that very process you can join, that will bring an end to your need to continue in the cycle of Duality. You can of course ascend at any time, but what is special about this time, is that the whole of Humanity has been given that choice. Also it is unique because you will ascend in a physical body, that has changed its body cells to make it suitable for life in the higher dimensions. By the end of the cycle it will be possible to say, that everyone had at some time been given the opportunity to take a new path out of duality. Be of good intent without thought of harming another soul, and treat all as you would be treated yourself. That way regardless of your beliefs you will be setting yourself up to tread a path of Light. Being non-judgmental will then make it easier for you to become a Being of Light, expressing love for all life. Many of you are well ahead on such a path, and by example are contributing to helping others find their way to Ascension. You have come a long way over many, many years and your progress has been slow but sure. Keep going now that you are so near to completion of your souls journey in the lower vibrations. There is no doubt at all that you will succeed, but keep looking forward and use your energy positively, and not allowing your guard to fall for one moment. Perhaps you can relish life even when it isn't all you want it to be. You know life will change its configuration soon enough. With or without your patience, that which is hard for you to tolerate and that which you love will both change. What cannot be changed, on the other hand, cannot be changed. With or without your resistance, with or without your striving, there are matters that you cannot resurrect. The world tells you not to fight City Hall. I am telling you not to fight life! You do not want to play a tug of war with life. What are you thinking? You could consider yourself a business owner who has good customers. You overlook certain things with your customers. You learned that. You give a little. You do not tell your customer: "My way or else." Yet, you do argue with life, and life often won't listen. Yet you keep arguing with life as if you never had had any experience with life, as if, it would seem, you had been born yesterday and didn't know. If life were carry-on luggage and the wheels get stuck, you would adapt to your carry on and still catch your flight and still take your carry-on with you. You wouldn't tell off the piece of luggage or kick it.. You still go to catch your plane whether the wheels accommodate you or not. With life, you have a tendency to dig your heels in, perhaps spend hours demanding that life oil its wheels and accommodate you considerably. Perhaps it is you who has to cooperate with life. Perhaps you have to not take so hard what life tosses at you. Life seems to be made of twists and turns, yet life does not try to assail you. It's just that you are caught up in the current of life as it flows. Life doesn't have it in for you. You are a bystander. There is a flood of life, and you are swept up in the current of it. Sometimes there are roadblocks you have to go around. Go for the life you desire. Don't give up so fast nor stamp your foot so quickly. There is a life you desire. Make part of your desire to be resilient. Don't pick a fight with life. Be a good sport. Don't haggle with life. Be jolly with it. Consider life like a roommate. You and your roommate do not agree on everything. Sometimes your roommate goes his way, and you go yours, and you still remain roommates. When you car breaks down, you don't have a showdown with it. Life is not the wild west. Nor is life a romance novel where the hero always gets the heroine. Nor, when you toss a coin, do you always get heads nor do you always get tails. Life always gives you something. You can't skip your life on Earth. You have it every day. Even if you sleep all day, you have it. Life doesn't give up on you, beloveds. Life is a constant. What life gives to you is not always on your list. You may want to stride through life, yet the terrain may make it so you have to meander.. Here is something to understand. This should be welcomed not resisted. This is a good time to review and revise your goals, go back over all that you've attempted and see if there is anything you missed initially. This is a good time to reflect on how you would LIKE to express your Highest Self; how you communicate with your Self and others; what you are a "voice" for. It is good to back up all computers and do regular maintenance on your car for good measure and consider the down-time, a "back up" of your internal computer. Mercury generally goes Retrograde *3* times a year, for about 3-weeks at a time. Periodically, like 2009, a 4th one will occur and straddle the year-end. Most often, it involves two elements. For example, all of 2009, Mercury went backward in Air Signs and Direct in Earth Signs. This is an indication that the initial review has to do with your ideas, concepts, thought processes and perceptions. Once that review is done, and forward movement is resumed, you can express and anchor them in some tangible way, in the 3-D, Earth realm. Most of the time, two Elements are involved, but every couple of years, an entire year of Mercury Retrogrades will be in ONE Element, like 2010. The last time it was ALL Earth was 2003 and the next time will be 2016. How has your thinking grown and changed since 2003, in concrete, tangible ways? How would you like to develop and evolve by 2016? Mercury in CAPRICORN ... is going to get you present to your personal 'Blueprint' of success. Definitions and Decisions are up for review this season. How do you define success? How are the details of the structure of your life holding things together for you (or not)? Mercury's rulership of the mind, thoughts and perceptions, in this placement will activate the part of your thinking that is (or can be) very grounded and practical. Your ideas are more ambitious and you're completely supported, especially during a Retrograde period, to (re)organize those thoughts. If you don't have a goal, or if your thinking is not serving you in some measurable, effective way, then depression can set in or you are capable of disconnecting emotionally as a defense mechanism. A more useful approach to that is acknowledge that you don't need to be emotional at this time, it does not serve you. Consider yourself the 'architect' of your own life, setting out to build a beautiful and substantial structure that will serve you and benefit others in the long term. This is a time when 'actions speak louder than words' ~ so even though your mental body may be extremely active, it is also going to plant the seeds (or pressure you) to *DO* something tangible about the thoughts, ideas and concepts you are perceiving at this time. Review the last year for clues on how to be more efficient and effective, stay in the present moment (as best you can) and invite *clarity* of purpose. Plan ~ Strategize ~ Organize ~ Prepare ~ ALL behind the scenes, internally, privately, as Mercury pulls back. Commune with Nature for clues on how vital structures work together and support each other, then plan to emulate that upon forward movement, in the multi-dimensions of your own life. Complete any old projects that have been delayed (for whatever reason). Starting new things is not advised, but completing old ones is tremendously supported, especially anything that will strengthen your foundation if it were only done and out of the way. Capricorn is all about responsibility and a broad overview, think: head of household. That individual (male or female) has to consider all involved, all issues as well as all possible solutions that ultimately must hold the greater good of the whole 'family' in mind when making choices and decisions. This is a time to see where you may have given away your inner authority to others, with expectations that were ultimately not met. Set some goals to *achieve* something tangible with your ideas in 2010 and use all the Retrograde periods to review your thoughts, words and deeds for *effectiveness*. Release those thoughts and ideas which no longer serve you, use the Retrograde periods (all year) to bless with gratitude and *release* once and for all. On an additional note, Mercury rules choices and decisions and Capricorn rules bones and teeth, which ironically, when having trouble have their root in "postponing decisions". There are many events that are on the horizon and will become a regular occurrence as the days go forth. There is much speculation as to what is being seen in the skies and as these keep occurring, the people of the World will have to begin questioning what it all means. And in their search for answers their Awakening will occur. I wish to bring to your attention the confusion that is caused by some who claim that your World is dividing into those who are of higher frequency and those who will be left behind. Please understand, Dear Ones, that this is a scenario that might have happened many years ago but did not because there was enough Humanity who had turned to the Light percentage wise and so this probability came to naught. As we have told you many times, Humanity is far surpassing all previous predictions of what will occur in the World and what is now occurring is that the World and everyone on it are going forth into uncharted territory and creating the New World as they take each new step and hold the vision of the World they want and desire. This is what we mean when we say that you are the Creators. You are literally creating the New World right now, through your conscious decisions and choices. So we ask you to remember this as there will continue to be those that wish to sway you into fear and another direction that might not be for your highest good. Use discernment, Dear Ones. This is the time it is most sorely needed! As we have stressed before, if you hear something or read something and it creates fear, doubt, worry, confusion or distress in you, this is a sure sign that it is not of the Highest Light and truth. Use your own initial reactions as the barometer and you will always be guided to that which is for your highest good. There are many people upon the World right now who are still playing the games of ego and want only fame and the attention it brings them. On the surface, what they bring forth may seem to sound as the truth and often, much of what they say makes perfect sense, but then this is peppered with glaring untruths that set people into confusion and this is how they capture those who do not remain in their centers and those who do not go within to their heart space to feel the truth. Now is the time to be in observation mode and to follow your heart guidance rather than what someone else might tell you. If your heart says no but your mind says yes, please listen to your heart. It has been heartwarming for us to observe the efforts of those of you who truly care about what is happening on your World and coming forth and speaking as One Voice and making your calls. This fulfills the Universal Law that Humanity must ask of their own free will before assistance can be given. Your calls are being heard, Dear Ones, and are aligned to the Creator’s intent for the Earth, Humanity and all upon the Earth. SaLuSa 14-December-2009 For most of you the coming festive celebrations are welcomed, and allow you to take your minds off more pressing matters. This is creating an opportunity to take your focus away from the problems that beset you at present. Truly if you are already aware of the reasons for the changes you see occurring around you, you can make every day one of celebration. For you know the reasons that they must take place, and your joy comes from anticipating the outcome. It also means that the changes present no fears for you, and you look instead for the signs of completion. It has been quite a time since we commenced contact with you, and you have had to frequently change your expectations. As we have adjusted to the alterations to our plans, you also have moved your focus accordingly. However, one factor has remained constant, and that is the process of Ascension, which will reach a key point of upliftment by the end of 2012. So Dear Ones know that regardless of what happens, there can only be one outcome. Only the Creator can change the destiny of Humanity, and no attempts by the dark Ones will subvert the march towards your release and completion of this cycle. For those of the Light there is the assurance that if it is your intent, you will be uplifted as anticipated into the higher dimensions. Well before then we shall have openly landed on Earth, and have co-ordinated our plans with our Earth Allies. Time flies by at present but when you get into the positive aspects of the changes, it will progress at breathtaking speed. An exciting period in your lives will have commenced, which will be productive and fulfilling of the promises made to you by us. Civilizations can only qualify to become Galactic Federation members, when the have reached a level of Light that indicates their allegiance to the Creator. They serve others in a selfless way, understanding that it is the duty of those who have evolved to help others along the same path. How you approach it is up to you, and you have all time in which to experience the multi-dimensions. However, that inner urge will always drive you onwards, and you will stay just as long as you need to further your evolution. As you move higher, there is a drawing together of like souls that enhances your understanding. In other words, you do not always have to experience first hand to evolve. Life really is straightforward and uncomplicated providing it is based upon Love and Light. Surprisingly it is not difficult to be within the turmoil that changes bring, if you focus on the outcome. Let all that has no place in your life pass by, as it cannot affect you unless you attract it to yourself. It does not mean that you necessarily have to avoid such situations, as awareness of them is sometimes beneficial to you. Being prepared for the consequences of what is happening is sensible, so as not to be taken by surprise. What you do as a result can often be intuitively decided without outside help. We believe that the large majority of you are sensible and are caring of others, and will make appropriate decisions. The coming year will be seen as one of great opportunity, and in many instances the people will be the motivators of what takes place. Their discontent with the old ways will ensure that they do not creep back. Consciousness levels have advanced so far that new concepts have every chance of being manifested. It applies to all areas of life, and particularly those concerned with people’s welfare. The new way of thinking embraces the higher spiritual understanding that each of you is your brothers keeper. For too long you have accepted that people are responsible for themselves. While this is correct to a certain level, all are not born equal or have the same opportunities in life. Yet you all have a role to play, and in a fair and just society everyone should share the benefits. Looking back at your recent history you will see that it has been dominated by wars. What is also apparent is that no political system has come up with the answers to your needs. Furthermore, each one has failed to provide the promise its policies have intended. Because of this they have all in turn failed, and seemingly there are no new ideas being promoted. However, when your representatives are spiritually enlightened, there will be a major shift in the way governments are organized and operate. In the higher dimensions Councils are always comprised of souls who hold super consciousness levels. Even now they oversee the Earth and its people, and make decisions that effect your future. There is a hierarchy below them that carries out their bidding, and ultimately overshadows individuals on Earth who can manifest whatever is required. Great leaders invariably have many special Guides, as do most souls who have entered life with a specific plan in mind. Here you are on the verge of entering a wonderful period of change, and you will know that the outcome is the lifting up of people into the Light. As we have often intimated, how you get to your destination is not important as long as you do get there. Duality is full of ups and downs, but providing you never lose sight of your goal you will be victorious. Intent is everything in whatever you are doing, and it sends out an energy that will attract the opportunities you seek. What it also does is fits them in with your karmic responsibilities, so you do not always receive exactly as you would have wished. Do not therefore be concerned if that is your experience, as it will be absolutely right according to your stage of development. An altar can be a simple, personal expression of what you want to focus on right now. You do not have to build anything or take up a lot of space. You do not have to buy anything new or follow a complex set of instructions to create your altar. All you have to do is have a general understanding of what an altar is and the willingness to allow yourself access to this wonderful, ancient tool of transformation. At its most essential, an altar is simply a raised structure that serves as a resting place for meaningful objects. It focuses the eye and provides a place for contemplation and, if so desired, ritual. All of these elements can be quite simple. One idea for a simple altar is a pot with a bulb planted in it, set on a box. This altar to growth can act as a reminder to you that all living things bloom in their time. A simple ritual might be to write down dreams you would like to see come to fruition on scraps of paper. You might place these scraps of paper in the box, or under the flowerpot, or in an envelope you prop against the pot. As the flower grows, so will your dreams. If you look around your home, you may find that you have already created altarlike arrangements without even really thinking about it; this is something we humans do quite naturally. A candle, a decorative box, and a vase of flowers are just a few of the common household objects that lend themselves naturally to the creation of an altar. Simply add intention and intuition, and you have created your first altar. Remember that it isn’t necessarily about the objects you place at your altar—it is the time you spend with it daily, taking the time to be with it for your sacred time.

The sun held a position of power in their rituals. Modern people have lost touch with the natural magic involved in observing the Solstice and Equinox seasons. At the winter Solstice, as you honor the time for the earth to move toward longer light filled days, it increases your experience of light. When you ask for Divine Light to fill your own life, a transition occurs within you as well as the earth. Mars Retrograde in LEO ~ Past & Future Another note on the timeliness of Mars Retrograde in LEO and what's to come. This period in history is so intense and brilliant! Marinate this: what-all happened in 1962-1963 that prepared you for the vibration which occurred when it was the Leo/Cancer Retrograde of 1977? That frame of reference will also help you with navigating *now*. The next time Mars will Retrograde in Leo/Cancer (like 1977) it will be 2024-2025 ... right as Pluto wraps up its 16-year journey through Capricorn, then does a little back-and-forth with its own Retrograde through Capricorn/Aquarius. This will put Mars (lower will) in direct OPPOSITION to Pluto (Higher Will) for several months during that time (2024-2025). That is HUGE!! We get little Mars Oppose Pluto activations periodically, but that one will be extremely significant for the collective and how we navigate *now* (and the next 15 years) where our authentic *power* is concerned will determine the outcome of this major once-in-a-lifetime cycle. *I realize you may feel that is too far in the future to consider, but think of how fast the LAST 10-15 years have zipped by and take in to consideration that part of that is the fact that time, as we perceive it, is really speeding up. I myself, think we should take things a year or two at a time, but a periodical glance ahead doesn't hurt. Keep in mind, everything is leading to the next thing and consider these smaller cycles as building blocks of the larger cycles ... especially if you are creating a greater vision of your life and desire to contribute to the collective, your unique *piece* of the whole. Mars Most people know Mars for its mythology as the God of War, anger and aggression, being head-strong (Aries), diabolical (Scorpio) and always trying to get what it *wants* (sometimes, by any means necessary and without thought of possible danger to themselves or harm to others). I'm going to suggest we use this energy as *rage-to-outrage*. Rage is destructive and paralyzing, it holds you hostage and does damage to all involved, whereas, Outrage is productive, mobilizing and a much more effective use of the same energy. Not to mention, Mars is so much more! You are capable of expressing so much more! Mars represents what motivates you to action, what gets you fired up and how you use your vital life force energy to produce results in your life. It can make you cranky (within) and abusive (without) if you are not channeling that energy properly or suppressing your desires altogether. Mars is the motivating force within you that pushes you to do anything in the world. It's your personal will and connection to power on a mundane level, and most of all, it's the part of you that needs something to *DO*. "Idle time is the devil's workshop" is never truer than a Mars with no purpose or direction. To accomplish anything, you must first have the desire, then the energy and ultimately, the action you take dictates the results you'll receive. Humans need a reason to get up and move every day, which is inspired by *desire* ... the desire to be, do, have ~ the passion to play, create, cavort ~ the vitality to ignite, spark, initiate *LIFE*! Repression and suppression of this natural instinct causes toxic explosions, and rightly so. Mars in LEO Mars in Leo is a beautiful gift, for those born with it, as well as the rest of us now being affected for several months as this planet animates these lessons and gifts (and activates that area of your personal chart). If you are faced with power struggles, control issues, ego mania and/or outright hostility, you have to pull back and ask your Self, what within you, feels this out of control? or unworthy of respect and common courtesy? or in need of an anger-management lesson yourself? Here are some suggestions for a better use of this energy and cycle. Check Your Personal Motivations ~ what motivates you to act on your desires? what excites you? what gets you fired up? It has likely changed in the last 2 years. And if you're old enough to remember, with clarity, this energy and cycle from 1995 or 1980 or 1977 or 1962-63 when the lesson of how you love your Self and use your energy to express your authentic nature came up, then I ask you now: what do you want to do differently *this* time? How can you use the gifts and strengths you've cultivated over the years ~ with an eye on the mistakes made and challenges encountered ~ to choose differently *this* time? Check Your Personal Desires ~ you may not even *want* the same things you wanted 2 years ago. Many people function on "auto pilot", or worse, in "survival mode", moving through life without consciously thinking or choosing their next move. That is a dangerous way to operate when we've clearly moved into new and unknown territory. This is an incredible time of transition from an old era to a new era ~ from the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age. The planets are the least of the many, many indicators signifying this shift of the ages. The same old modes of operating will not work and could even be potentially dangerous. It is imperative that you know who you are and what you truly want. Then you must act intuitively in this new realm, engaging your *heart* to make the final decisions. Check Your Personal Energy ~ how do you use the energy you have to get what you want? Is it effective or destructive? How do you replenish your energy when it is low? How do you manage and direct your energy when it is high? What are you attracting from others (known and unknown people)? Count the blessings and acknowledge the challenges, take back your power to express your energy differently (as needed). Perfect Your Action Steps & Responses ~ Mars Retrograde is the best time to review how your actions have helped or hurt your progress. Review ~ Reflect ~ Plan ~ Strategize ~ and ultimately, prepare for *new* action steps AND responses upon forward movement. What actions have helped (or hindered) you in the last 2 years? How / when / where can you choose differently going forward? Step In to Personal Authentic Power ~ it is time for you to be responsible for the power you do have to direct your own life. Your personal power supports you and is vital to accomplishing the goals you set in life. Any power you rely on *outside* of Self is IN-authentic, temporary and likely toxic. Personal power begins with knowing who you are and what you want ~ clarity is a beautiful thing. When these things are in place, you know that everything is your *choice* and you are never a victim. You remember in every moment that you are connected to Source which supports only the true, authentic Being you are (everything else is ego ~ Edging God Out). Choose a Cause of the Heart ~ Because Leo is Self-Love, I say, start there! Many people go through life serving and helping others, which in and of itself is admirable and part of why we're here, but it is not the only reason we are here. If you are giving away all your love and energy to others to the detriment and expense of your own vital life force and NOT replenishing, receiving or allowing it to be reciprocated in even flow, then eventually you will tap-out (then you're no good for anyone). If you are good at balance and reciprocity, then *expand* and share that love and vital energy. Find something to dedicate your energy to that *feels* good to your HEART! Very often, whatever you are drawn to *give* automatically feeds you in return. Define & Establish Healthy Boundaries ~ this goes for your Self and others. For your Self, you must know and love your Self enough to develop clarity on what you can/will and can't/won't do. I remind you not to think of it as "selfish" but "self-preservation". You are in charge of YOU! When you honor your Truth, when you express your needs and desires with honesty, others will automatically respect the boundaries you have set. Respond vs. React ~ Creative responses will yield much better results than prideful, emotional reactions, now and always. But particularly at this time, when Mars Retrogrades, we can all get a little frustrated when things are not working as we envision. Again, those with an expanded repertoire of response and vital imaginations will get to flex their muscle during this period. Those stuck in ego, terrible-two's-I-want-my-way-NOW mode will be frustrated (others) and draining to be around (you). Understand that when the planet of "action" pulls back, so too will "action" slow in the mainstream, 3-D world. Fighting it is futile but everyone will get through it in the way that is most useful to their level of Soul work. Mars movement, in either direction, is always revealing! Unconscious or unrecognized anger, pride, ego and childishness will be brought in to the light for review and release. Keep in mind that every *disruption* of the energy is an opportunity for clarity (for all involved). Love as a Verb ~ This is the best time to rededicate your energy to actively loving your Self: body, mind and Spirit. Treat your Self like a cherished child, with love, respect, nourishment and protection. Create space to play and discover. Exercise, rest, eat living foods and drink plenty of water. Take time to read or do a puzzle (solo play) and/or make a play-date with a few special friends, spend time in nature, at a park, on the swings, at the ocean's edge. Write poetry, short stories or journal. Anything artistic, any kind of expression of creativity will strengthen your heart connection and remind you that you are *ALIVE*! At the edge of the Forest, a colorful string was hanging across the path, decorated with small colored Tibetan prayer flags and ribbons. A sealed plastic sandwich bag was attached, with folded papers inside. I opened it out of curiosity, and read the first page. There was also some Christian religious stuff I could not relate to and did not explore. While reading, I was so struck by the one paragraph on the page that I repeated it over and over to myself until memorized, as I had no pen or paper with me to copy it. (That section is denoted below by the markers ~). It had a profound impact on me, particularly the words, "Know your garden" and "Create your community". It seems to be a timeless reminder for us now, that the time is short, so be fully present with each other in the now. SaLuSa 11-December-2009 The happiness that is generated by the expectation of having pleasant and memorable festive celebrations is helping overshadow some of your concerns. The effect of the financial collapse is by no means over, and you see a tough year ahead of you. There are plans to use the situation for your ultimate benefit, but it will not emerge for some time yet. Be assured however that there will be changes before long, that will herald a new chapter in your lives. The important step that will put things into motion is Disclosure, and that will come regardless of how many obstacles are placed in our way. It is long overdue and we are working hard to bring it out. The recent years have been a continual battle to keep the plan for your future on track. Clearly with Ascension coming quite soon, there is a mandate for us that allows whatever action is required to go ahead. We do stop at using force, unless we are placed in a situation that calls for us to defend ourselves. That is rarely the case as we have the powers to ensure that you have protection, and provide you the opportunities that are necessary for your Ascension. The dark forces may gain momentary advantages, but we soon impose our own plans upon them to keep them in check. We are here there and everywhere, silently and largely unseen as we monitor what is happening on Earth. Most of our observations are from our Space Craft encircling it, and our Scout Ships that move within your atmosphere. We can uncloak when desired but prefer to work unseen, so it does follow that some craft you see are from your own military. This can cause confusion but we remind you that our presence is for peaceful reasons, and you can be certain that any negative incidents do not involve our craft or us. The dark Ones have seriously thought of staging one, but we will prevent it. You Dear Ones through lack of understanding have caused untold damage to Earth and not least of all by your continual warring. Fortunately, your levels of consciousness are rising and you now see the futility of them. It has put back many souls evolution, as you keep coming back until you learn the lessons involved. Through the Law of Grace you can be allowed to forego karma, providing you have turned to the Light. God is not unreasonable and fully understands your intent, and it is by evolving and proving that your progress has taken place in living your truth. The soul that has transgressed and found the path of Light and Love is greeted back as a long lost son. So do not be too concerned about your earlier life style, as it the now that is important and whether you have truly set your sights on evolving to a higher level of consciousness. You will know if you have applied yourself to spiritual application, and how well you are doing. Simply hold fast to your goal, and you will certainly reach it. When the Masters walk the Earth again there will be much to discuss, and Man will have the opportunity to access his/her beliefs in the light of the Truth they will bring. The end times are to reveal the truth about your history, and your true purpose in life. You must be fully prepared for Ascension, and Nothing but the truth can accompany you on that journey. Being on Earth is not difficult all of the time, and there are occasions when you have blissful and happy experiences. Just imagine a total existence where there is never anything to upset you, and all is in harmony with everything else. That is the promise of what will come with your elevation to the higher dimensions. Words cannot paint a true picture but think of times when you felt at one with everything, and that experience is as near as can be to what awaits you. Whatever you need to do to ascend is well worthwhile, and when you look back you will be so pleased that you persevered. The past will then quickly become just a dream, and it will fade into the background. You have to take each day as it comes, and do your best to keep calm regardless of what happens. There is still the possibility of more pressure being put upon you, as the changes will seem to be causing chaos until the future becomes clear and defined. We are desirous of keeping anything connected with the dark Ones in the past where it belongs. So much has no place in your future, and if it is not of the Light it will be unable to match the new vibrations. Consequently it will be impossible for it to proceed with you into the Golden Age. In the period that remains before Ascension, you will have ample time to get used to changes that will accompany it. Already you are able to visualize and even “feel” what it is like to live in the higher dimensions, and this is helping bring it into manifestation. Think perfection, and think New Age and you will be getting near to the joys that await you. For some it all sounds too good to be true, but any assurances you need to be convinced will come in good time. There will be many helpers coming to Earth, to guide you with your transition. No one will be left out except that they reject help, but we will do what we can to convey the truth to you in an acceptable way. While some issues we face are easier to deal with because they are the final remains of residue from a past life, other issues offer greater challenges because we are meant to work through them throughout this lifetime. Often, we expect ourselves to recover quickly from difficult or painful circumstances. When we do not or cannot, we may feel emotionally inept or hopeless. The evolution of the soul, however, is an ongoing process that can take many lifetimes. It is a matter of accepting that even when we do our best there are going to be situations, people, and outcomes that we cannot control. It is also important to remember that your experiences now may be setting the groundwork for future healing—whether in this lifetime or the next one. The more you release in each time, the more you grow and the more your soul will evolve. Although it is not always possible to work through all of our issues in a single lifetime, it is important that we confront what we are called to face in this life and do the work we need to do. I did not regret it for one moment, as I knew that my purpose then, was not yet complete in all ways. This transition from our old roles relating to the ascension process, to now creating free and clear in a new reality, resulted in many of you becoming completely free from your old roles in order to move ahead into a very new experience. It was my soul purpose at that time, to stay with the ship until each and every one of you had gotten into your lifeboats and arrived on shore. Thus, I was required to remain on the ship until the very last soul had departed, before I could then get into my own lifeboat, and place my feet upon my very new shore. This time has finally arrived for me. I now get to take a time of separation from my old role, before I begin my own new endeavors and my new life….this total and complete separation I am needing in so many ways (I need some R & R!), as I finally get into my own lifeboat, in order to restore or rather strengthen within me, my true and authentic self. In this way, I will be taking time off from writing to spend some time with myself simply having fun, playing, and enjoying life (and visiting my daughter and grandchildren as well) until the first part of January, 2010. Along with some very new endeavors, will I continue with WINGS? Oh, it seems I always do, but they will most likely return with a new and different slant relating to where we are now. Before I part for awhile, I am excited to leave you with this last WINGS post, hoping it will bring together once again, what many of you already know and are now experiencing. Happy reading, and I look forward to meeting with you once again in the new year!] ~~~ The ascension experience created so many things, within and without, that we gradually came to learn and know a different way of being. Just writing the word “ascension” seems so strange and out of date for me now, and I almost wonder if it was ever even real at all. The ascension experience and plan was indeed created by ourselves at our soul levels. This fact alone, brought us together as one massive whole, thus creating in tandem, all the twists and turns as we came to experience them as one, all at the same time. In this way, we came together and felt together, we were oh so united, and we knew at our core, that something monumental was occurring, if even at times only at our soul levels. In addition, the ascension plan always served to over-ride all other levels of creation, as it ran very high. For example, many of us were guided to move to specific geographical areas, or even found that we were simply unable to leave specific geographical areas, even though we may have had a strong desire to do so. We may have found ourselves in places of darkness, unable to get out, as at our soul levels we willingly agreed to assist the planet with the ascension process. Thus, it was never about attracting darkness because we had “issues” or the like, but simply because we were doing our jobs in regard to ascension. This is why our bags of familiar tools never worked in some instances. Many of us gained weight during this time, and no matter what we did, we absolutely could not get it off, as we had agreed, again as a whole, to hold more light in order to improve our attempts to raise the vibration of the planet (I recently lost 30 pounds and am now back to my normal weight… another evident example that we are now done). We lost our jobs, our relationships, our loved ones, and much else, with seemingly no control over these situations as they were occurring at our soul levels and all because of the ascension process. Oh, the ascension process….and how it seemingly took away our normal powers of creation and experience, as it took the helm of anything and everything. Normal spiritual practice, such as perhaps believing that we are always right where we need to be and never “going” anywhere, was even hard to integrate into this ascension process of “going somewhere” (even though we “got there” by of course not trying to go there! Are we there yet, are we there yet?), and even allowing the freedom to create whatever we chose as our personal experience was seemingly hindered by the fact that this “whole” created by the ascension process was anything but individual. Taking all this into account, after many years of finally understanding the process and what it created, we also got used to having our hands tied to some degree. When many of us really “got” what was going on, we then, as loving and devoted spiritual beings, got on board to support our process. In this way, we became used to a very different way of being and living, and it was very much about ascension, as it ruled our roost and dictated our movements. It answered many questions and soothed our confusion, as after all, this process did not remotely fit in with much of what we knew about spiritual practice and creating, or utilizing energy in an individual way. So all in all, our freedoms at lower levels were affected in many, many ways. Now it is all over. Over, over, over. We are done with the first phase of the ascension process. And being that it did not work anyway in regard to taking the entire planet with us, we are now completely free and clear. This places us in a very different space than we have ever been in, in this particular lifetime. Up until now, our soul focus was ascension. Even from birth, as we chose challenging paths and dark situations in order to transmute these energies though ourselves, we have been on that ascension road for a very long time. “I always knew I was here for a particular purpose, but I just cannot remember what it is!” was a familiar mantra that many of us had in the beginning stages. Now many of us have come to know and remember that very real purpose. The earth was created as a place for creating and experiencing. This is the highest level and most pristine purpose of our existence in this universe (and of course, just loving everyone and everything is coming more to the forefront now than ever before). The ascension process came under that umbrella, as we decided to play a game and experience it for something to do before we left the universe for good (we get to experience a very new universe when we are done, so there is never really an “end.”) The plan is really not over yet, as the only real change was that we were not able to take the entire planet with us. So even though we may feel a failure to some degree, as we are all angels at our core and dearly love every living thing on this Earth, we are none-the-less still able to continue on with phase two of the plan…creating the New Earth, and also, assisting those who have newly arrived at the dimensional border. (Those who chose to “cross over,” are very different than those in the other world that we left behind, in regard to requesting assistance with their process. So in this way, our services will still be needed, as they will be asked for and revered.) So now, here we are in a very new space. So in this way, of course we may be feeling lost, confused, not particularly secure with things, perhaps having an identity crisis, or even wondering where the foundation under our feet has gone. In addition, we are no longer being guided, dictated to, placed (seemingly without our permission) within experiences created by our souls who were creating the ascension process, nor are we in our usual grooves. We are now in wide open territory on a completely blank canvas. We are very free, and it is precisely this freedom that is making many of us uncomfortable. I remember hearing a story once about a dog who had been on a short chain in his yard for many years. One day he was forever freed to roam, and he just could not handle this new freedom, as it was so very different for him. Inmates who have been imprisoned for a very long time, have a very difficult time when they are released, and many proceed to commit another crime so that they can return to the familiar territory of what they have been accustomed to for so very long. This is all human (or dog!) nature. We are still human beings. We are used to structure. Even the cosmos has structure. Most of us are pretty darned savvy, and certainly are not really in the same space as the examples mentioned above, but our sudden change of internal programming can still take some getting used to, as well as a “soul recovery” process being warranted. So then, we are now in the process of identifying what we want that new structure to look like, and how and what we want to create, along with some of us still requesting a recovery time to simply just hang out and play for awhile. Because of all this sudden change at our soul levels, and because of the ending of a very intense but important phase, many of us are going to feel off balance, empty, and rolling around with no clear sense of direction. Most recently, the earth moved itself into a very new groove in the cosmos. This created very dramatic surges of pushing energy for awhile, but when this phase was complete, we then felt a very new grounding and settling in. After this movement, things felt calm, serene, like we were home, and that perhaps we could now relax for a time. But we are still aligning in other ways. Even though the earth is now in that new groove or position, she is still “tilting.” This tilting is part of restoring a new balance. The tilting of the earth results then, in feelings of being off-balance from time to time, or even that things are going smoothly, and then they suddenly feel very “off.” This tilting creates an energy of “up, down, up, down.” Through-out this process of tilting, a settling in or shifting naturally occurs as well. In this way then, the beginning manifestations and feelings resulting from the tilting slowly dissipate over time, as we become more and more settled within our new energetic spaces. This settling in and shifting process will also create and strengthen our new connections to whom and what we will be doing, being, and creating on the New Planet Earth. In this way, in time, we will not be losing our equilibrium so much. With all of these adjustments and new balancing acts going on, it is no wonder that we may experience feelings of no sense of place! But through it all, we will naturally gravitate to where we belong, and to what feels comfortable to each and every one of us. Currently, there is an energy of fear running through-out, as so many souls are feeling lost and thrown about, with little or no security. When this occurs, strong opinions abound as an attempt to hold onto something. Where we currently are in regard to our energetic status, reminds me of the time during our most recent presidential elections here in the US. There were so many opinions and strong feelings, that it became challenging for me to read my mail. The same is going on now, with a new surge of attacking voices arriving in my boxes, with strong opinions of how things really and truly are, and how and why I am wrong, along with personal attacks and highly inappropriate advice and assessments in regard to the personal information I choose to share (some opinions are loving as well, but they are still most certainly opinions). One correspondence will strongly state one thing on a specific subject, and the very next correspondence will state the complete opposite on that very subject. People are viewing things from their own individual filters of perception. In Stepping Into the New Reality, I mention much about the filters that each of us sees reality through. Filters are always much more dense than higher levels of being, and opinions are in the same league. Because we are now moving into our new stage of contributing our own unique purpose and stamp to create a new reality, our filters then, are very much in place in regard to who we are and what we are about. Much else within us has been spun off through the ascension process. We only need utilize these filters, or contributions, at appropriate times. And most, most, importantly, these contributions or individual purposes need to fit within a structure or whole and utilized together with others, if we are to successfully create a very new reality. Right now, with the fear creating a strong hold for so many, this has yet to occur, but it is just a phase we are going through, and it will pass if we are the wise souls that I believe we truly are. But know as well, that there are also many of you who are very content right now being in the eye of the storm and simply floating right where you are. Our choices and experiences are vast and different, all creating a beautiful and amazing mosaic of a perfectly orchestrated energy grid. So now, we are in the space of no space, and also experiencing the ups and downs created by the tilting of the earth. It reminds me of an individual I know who recently ended her marriage, and is now in that space where her “new” has not yet arrived. Moving out of her marriage was a great step for her, in order to allow her to move forward. But she tells me that she has to continually be vigilant about staying out of the old, as she and her husband are very good friends now, and it can be easy to for her to fall back into that old groove. Do we go back into the old, while we are still in the space of no space? Is that what we need to do in order to feel good? The discomfort many of us are feeling, stems from the fact that we are out of the old, but not yet into the new. We are still in the no space as things are still settling in and shifting. We are indeed the rightful creators of the New Planet Earth. If we do indeed have new roles, being the rightful creators of the new Planet Earth are these new roles. There are no rules, guidelines, or frameworks yet in place that we had begun to become used to with the ascension process. I was telling a friend the other day, that this is like December 25th arriving, only we just found out that there is no more Christmas, that there never was, and we now get to create something very new and different to take its place, or maybe not even create anything at all. We get to go to the highest heights of our imaginations and create whatever makes our hearts sing. The palette is blank and empty. We have evolved enough, that we need no guidance to create on this palette. We are now our prior guides. We are holding so much light now, that we can trust that we will create something magnificent and wonderful, something that fits each of us to a tee, and know as well, that it will absolutely come about. We can utilize our own guidance, as we now have carte blanch and the free will to make it happen. If we created the ascension process, then we can also create something new and different. We are such powerful creators, that we even knew enough to change the ascension plan and tweak it a little, as it was not working like we had hoped and intended. We are indeed very powerful, and we are indeed at the helm. Perhaps we just need to restore our confidence, as the change of ascension plan that occurred in September threw us a bit off balance. But again, we knew enough to save ourselves, and we knew enough to continue on with the original next phase, if even with a fewer amount of souls on board. I believe that some of us are still stuck in old spiritual practice, and also, still a bit in our old molds from the ascension process. New spiritual practice is all about being happy, joyful, and peaceful, under the new umbrella of creation and experience (now that the first level of ascension is over)….meaning that these feelings and emotions can be experienced and created in a vast array of scenarios, all depending upon who we are and the filters that we run our energy through. There is absolutely no right or wrong. In this way, there will be many, many variations present and at many differing levels of vibration. In addition, another new and important role is coming to the forefront as well (I guess I wouldn’t exactly call it a “role”). With so much change and up and down energy now present, which can really hit us hard, we very naturally crave the feel good energy of love. With so much going on at times, it does not even matter what groove anyone is in, where we are in any so-called plan, or even what things are looking like. Above all of this is the energy of love, and this connects us no matter who, what, or where any particular situation is. As someone recently told me, love is the simplified version of our true purpose, and indeed it is. This pronounced experience of giving and receiving love is really going to take over now as never before, as we have evolved to a much higher vibrating state of being. So even though things may get rocky, feel dark one day and light the next, and make us feel bi-polar at times, the love energy always serves to keep us steady, as it can never be affected. This is indeed the energy that over-rides all else. It does not really matter then, what our individual purpose is, or how we can help another, when all we really need do is simply love each other. We will find in times to come, that extreme feelings and actions of love and caring will emit from us like never before, and for me, this is when I indeed feel the best and in the most alignment of all. The energy of love will come to the fore-front like never before in times to come. This is indeed an integral part of our new space. The umbrella energies then: Experiencing, creating, and loving. All said, in some strange ways, we are still recovering from the ascension process. We are now very slowly and surely, undoing some of its effects in regard to trust, confusion, guidance, confidence, and most importantly, owning our new power once again. We need to restore our true and rightful power and feel good once again. We need to recover our dignity and grace, as the ascension process really socked it to us (not only with the change of plan, but with the past two to three years placing us in darker and more challenging spaces than we had been in for quite some time). We need to allow ourselves the precious time to allow this to happen…to align once again with our true and authentic selves before we begin creating the New World and before we begin assisting others who are on the dimensional border, attempting to arrive where we now are. We need to come to realize that this is a new era now. We are now in a very new space of freely creating once again, and none of our new creations have to do with the ascension plan and its seemingly strange and confining rules. We can have positive and enlightening visions once again, and we can know that this time, they will indeed come about. And for our brothers and sisters, or others who have crossed over and are just beginning their process of awakening, aligning and ascending, we can offer them great love and caring, as this alone will be a purpose we will embody like never before as we lovingly watch and allow them their experience. It has its downside on Earth and is used at frequencies that can effectively drive you mad and induce illness. When used in this way it is a silent killer and hard to detect. Again in instances where technology is used against you, we will not allow it to be escalated against the world population. This problem of misuse of technologies has existed for a long time, and has meant that new discoveries are kept secret. It has been done for gain, and even those discoveries that would be beneficial to you are held back. You have therefore been denied the advancement they were meant to have brought about. However, evolution cannot be static for too long, and those causing it to be so will eventually be removed from their positions of power. The overall evolution of Mankind is always being re-assessed, and it is our responsibility and others like us to ensure you take great strides forward when appropriate. Inventions and ideas are subconsciously fed to individuals who have the interest and ability to manifest them for the benefit of all. Unfortunately some inventors are threatened or blackmailed to hand over their findings to the dark Ones. It has been the same with the Greys who gave them advanced technology that was solely used for military purposes. However, some spin offs such as the chip have found their way into general use, but much more remains secret. All of this will change with our coming, and is the reason you will experience a great evolutionary step forward. In fact you will go beyond where you should have been by now. So whilst you will have a lot to learn, you will also have the time to do so many more activities than before. Time on Earth has largely been your enemy, as you rarely have sufficient time to do all that you want. Doing what you choose, will be your release from the laborious jobs that are necessary to keep the world turning. However much is unproductive when your time could be better spent. Again that will all change before very long, and you will be able to spend time using your talents for everyone’s benefit. You have the experience and talents to take on any project between you all. With our help and advanced technologies they will be enjoyable and satisfying experiences. These advancements will all be part of your learning, that will enable you to eventually take your place alongside us. You will therefore see how these changes are a part of your Ascension. The final achievement will be your development into full consciousness. We know that some of you feel you do not need help with your problems, but it is necessary if you are to complete this cycle successfully, you cannot do it alone in the time scale remaining. There are numerous beliefs as to how the cycle will end but for those that invite us into their lives, Ascension is the path that is open to you. We do not see the massive disruptions that some predict, although parts of your Earth may require the movement of souls to other safer areas. One must not forget that since Mother Earth is part of Ascension, she also has to be allowed to experience the changes necessary for her preparation. All in the Solar System has the opportunity to lift up, and you are to join the other planets on this momentous occasion. You are really leading double lives, as for your daily existence life goes on as before, and you are also preparing for Ascension. You cannot yet entirely release from the old ways, but you are gradually moving towards a new way of life. It is in accordance with your expectations and the conditioning of your mindset, that allows for changes to come to you. As long as you continue to project your vision of the future you will be helping it manifest. This is why we have told you that you have created your existing reality, and no one else is involved. God looks on and sees all in order because you have been given freewill to create as you desire. Now you are experiencing higher levels of an awakening consciousness, and are lifting your sights to create in a greater degree of perfection. You realize that you have the power, and with it the knowledge of how to use it sensibly. We are watching you come together and becoming more powerful, and able to dictate the course of Humanities achievements for the benefit of all. This proves how far you have come in a relatively short time, and also shows that many of you have moved into the Light. You are sampling what it is like to be lifting out of the 3rd dimension into the higher 4th/5th levels, and this process will continue until you reach your optimum point in the new cycle. Always you are seeking the highest expression of yourself, because you inherently know that your destiny is to return to the Source. You will not be complete until you do, but that time is as near or far as you like to make it. You have all time in which to experience, and everything already exists in the Now. By the time you ascend your consciousness will have moved well beyond where it is now. You will be an entirely new type of Being, and much like we are now and able to conduct yourselves with Unconditional Love. Many of you are just beginning to realize that all life is sacred, and to be honored. You owe much to the different kingdoms that have partnered you on your journey through duality. They too are also evolving, and you will have a final opportunity to address some of your neglect and misuse of their service to you. You are meant to be the Guardians of Earth, and you still have lessons to learn in this connection. When you reach that stage of being able to telepathically relate to them, you will clearly know what is expected of you. The animals have been severely abused in the past, and yet you will find they have a great love for Man. I've known for some time that my clairsentience is what challenges my perception of "self" and "other", as well as fostering a sensitivity that makes me put out a hard exterior that causes others to misinterpret my intent. SaLuSa 7- December-2009 There are few people that are unaware that time as you know it is passing faster than ever. Those who take time to understand and follow spiritual events, are fully prepared for the resulting changes. However, there is a sense of occasion, and a feeling that something important is on the verge of happening. This results from the effect of the incoming energies and the opening of your consciousness. It can be unsettling for some, yet others feel elated and experience higher levels of awareness. These conditions will gradually become more intense, and in the ultimate become too much for some people to withstand. Release for them comes with the end times when there is the inevitable dividing of the ways. It is quite natural and brings the cycle of duality to its conclusion. Meantime you see matters moving forward as they always have, but this is only the outer appearance. Behind the scenes many opportunities are being taken to prevent them escalating into utter chaos. We talk here of the legacy left behind from previous eras, and the intent of the dark Ones to further their plans for a World Government. It will not come to fruition and when they make their move; we will control the situation for your benefit. For a long time we have been building a network of our allies for this very purpose. We have to be careful not to divulge too much of our plans, as surprise is still a valuable weapon with which to defeat them. You of course would like to be re-assured of our plans by knowing more, and at appropriate times we will share that information with you. Indeed, after First Contact when changes to your Governments have taken place, we will then be able to fully inform you of our immediate plans. So Dear Ones we once again ask you to be patient, as all things will happen in due course. It cannot be any other way, and we are here to ensure completion is a wonderfully joyous event. On Earth many souls have awakened to their reason for being there at such an important time. The old ways have to be replaced by more suitable ones that manifest the conditions for the new order. Some people are reluctant to let go of the old, but when they become fully aware of the benefits to them and the planet it will become easier. A bit bewildered at first, and then a little ticked off by the sudden change in energy, after realizing what was occurring, I could only indeed begin to laugh. I knew with certainty that we were creating this latest energy all by ourselves, but for awhile, I was none too sure why in the world we would be doing what we were doing! Over the week-end of November 28th and 29th, more new and higher vibrating energy arrived for us. It could be felt as the now familiar leg and foot pain (as we are still grounding into the new Earth), lower back pain, sinus headaches or face pain, a giddiness (I could not stop laughing), perhaps feeling drunk or lightheaded, flu symptoms, and a need to nap or sleep. Immediately after, it may have been difficult to sleep, and some tenseness or tightness soon arrived. As we prepare to createe ar a new heaven on Earth, we also begin living and being in the higher vibrations. In this way, even though we may not be aware of it, we creating more easily now. And as always, we create the fastest simply though the beliefs that we embody within ourselves. So then, we moved into a new space, knew at our soul levels or higher self levels that it was time to begin having the life of our dreams, and thus, we moved into a new “take charge of our lives” space. We were beginning the stage of owning our power, so in some ways, we may have felt more powerful, more assertive, in command of our space, and now most certainly, owning the position of “the director” of our new reality and new lives. The amusing and perhaps confusing part came as a result of our sudden “live our own reality” stance. Being that each and every one of us sees things through our own particular filters or perceptions of reality, or rather our particular gift or contribution to the whole, this is what we grabbed onto and infused a lot of our energy into. So then, we may have had interactions with others who simply did not hear us, or we may not have heard others, or we may not have agreed or remotely understood where others were coming from. It was if everyone was living in their own bubble of reality, as each of us very suddenly grabbed onto our piece or perception, and held so tightly that we did not then interact or connect to the differing energies that were around us. What happened was that we moved into the new space of creating our own reality...the reality of our dreams…and we infused so much energy into it, as this new space had newly arrived…that we became “over-done” with the whole thing. Too much of a good thing, so to speak. And in this way, this new situation may have felt like darkness to some degree, as we may have thought we had seen things that were not really even occurring, or even manifested things from our fears or accustomed experiences from the past. In addition, separation can always feel like darkness, and being that we were separate from each other during this time because we were adamant in our own filters or contributions, things felt very strange indeed. Up down, up down…this process has not been smooth sailing for awhile now! (But there is yet another aspect to any feelings of darkness as well. As we finally begin taking our destined places as the stewards of the earth, and as we thus anchor in and ground more fully, we are naturally releasing any darker or denser energies that lie deep within the earth. These energies are not within us, but within the earth, and they are very old. In this way then, as they rise like a quiet cloud and begin to lift up and out, we may indeed feel them passing.) So then, we experienced the actualities of our own particular mind-sets. In other words, we created what we believed to be true. I was having lunch at a local eatery today, and the “owner/cook” and I began to chat. He had asked what I did for a living, and I told him that I was a spiritual writer. He then proceeded to tell me that he was pretty good at telling people what their astrological signs were, as he could read their energy. He said I was a Libra or Aries (I am a Taurus). “Hmmmm…” I replied. He then asked me where I grew up. “Southern California,” I told him. He said I did indeed hold the energy of someone who loved the beach (I rarely went to the beach in all my years living there as it was far away!). He was seeing from his own particular box. My next stop was at a new bank, as I needed to open a new account (one that would accept the foreign currency that some of you so lovingly send my way). I was thinking on the way, “I would sure love to interact with some different energies that indeed see me today.” As I proceeded with the new accounts representative, she took an amazingly long period of time getting to know me. She even took notes about my pets, any new activities coming up for me, how I felt about banks, and how many grandchildren I have! “Do you always get to know your patrons so well?” I asked her. Her attentiveness to me was extraordinary. I had also been thinking earlier on, about becoming involved with horses again. “Guess what?” this unusually loving and friendly woman told me excitedly after we were done. “For opening a new account with us today, we are gifting you with a stuffed horse!” Experiencing the actualities of our mindsets. In addition, because of seeing things through our own particular filters, we may find that we are saying to each other, ”No, this is occurring because of this reason,” while another will say, “No, it is indeed occurring for this reason.” In this way, we may find that we strangely clash with others, or even that they are ignoring us, who we are, or what we are trying to tell them. We may seem to be stuck in our own boxes of individual reality now, as this new energy encourages us to claim our power and hold true to whom we are and what we are all about. These are manifestations of our power returning. The experience of darkness can occur in regard to this new phase, when we encounter an energy that is holding very firm to a lower vibrating perception or way of running his/her energy. This creates that now all familiar clash of energies resulting from an energy which vibrates quickly, coming into contact with one that vibrates much slower. So even though we are in the new world now, and have left another world far behind, there are still many levels or rungs in this new world, allowing for variances in beliefs and perceptions. As we are now entering the new field of finally beginning to create once again, I would like to address something that is since past, but that may also be affecting some of us still. Personally, I feel that this situation ran so deep for many of us, that it needs to be acknowledged once again. When we experienced the “failure” of the original ascension plan, and when things seemed to be going awry for so long, it really hit us at our soul levels. Many of us had arrived on this planet for the sole (soul) purpose of hatching and experiencing the ascension plan, or rather assisting the planet in raising her vibration so that we could start all over once again, and then be reborn into a very new universe after we restored this one. Anything existing at our soul levels runs deep. Very deep indeed. Soul level anything comes from the core of our being and existence, and always overrides any other form of creation. We had gone along for a very long time, with this plan embedded deep within our hearts. We had made decisions in our lives, all the while knowing and expecting that things would turn out a certain and specific way. Thus, we trusted with every fiber of our being that things were in divine and perfect order. We were wired for this outcome and gave it our all, from the moment of our birth. We never imagined that things would turn out as they did. For many of us, we are still stunned by the outcome. We have not completely adjusted quite yet. We are still in shock and reeling from the separation of the worlds, and from the change in a plan that we were so certain would succeed. After all, we came from everywhere in the cosmos, with much representation, and most of us are old souls who have been around for eons of time. We are masters and old sages at creating and experiencing, and add to this the massive amount of souls who participated, and failure was thus not even a consideration. So then, we went along trusting and knowing that our spiritual guidance would keep us on track, and produce an outcome that we expected. Some of you who have been my readers for a while, may remember that I had a brief first marriage a few years back. I was specifically told how and what would occur, even though I originally had doubts. My guides were adamant, and as things progressed in the beginning, they proved to be true. As most of you know, it did not last. I was then told by my guides that they had “miscalculated.” Although I never commented about it in my writings, as I wanted to respect the privacy of my partner, this experience rocked my trust in my spiritual guidance, and it took me awhile to come back and to get back on my horse. This explanation is the same for much of everything that occurred in the past two to three years, and of course in regard to the ascension plan. At our soul levels, we “miscalculated.” Thus, the seemingly broken promises and outcomes that had eventually quit making sense. I share with you this story, as I know that so many of you experienced the same. We did what we simply “knew” was right, and then the outcomes we expected with every fiber of our being, did not occur. So now, here we are at a very new turn in the road…at a very new beginning. In this way, we may still feel hesitant to jump in once again, to begin to desire, to begin creating, and to trust that things will turn out differently this time. For the past two to three years, many of us have only known darkness, pain, getting punched around, having much of everything seemingly go wrong, and “waiting.” Being that we are now experiencing the actualities of our mindsets, and being that we may still feel negative, cynical, and most certainly in a rut or habit of having unpleasant experiences (as that is all we have known for a few years), we now know that we may want to be mindful of what we are expecting to occur. So then, as we are now creating once again, what we expect is what we are now creating. If we can be gentle with ourselves, if we can learn to trust again, if we can know that we are again owning our power like never before, and if we can most importantly come together with our brothers and sisters to ensure a magnificent creating experience, I believe we can indeed find our new heaven on Earth. So what has most recently occurred this week, is that we are gearing up for creating once again, but grabbing on so tightly, that we are in danger of creating in a box, without consideration and interaction with those around us. In time this will subside. We cannot create the new in this new reality, unless we unite with our brothers and sisters and combine our energies and talents. In regard to the separation of the worlds, some of us also had great changes in outcomes in regard to whom we would end up with, and even where we would be residing or how things would look for us. We ultimately had predestined partners for this phase of the plan. The phase where we finally found ourselves in the promised land, or in our heaven on Earth. But being that the plan created some outcomes that were miscalculated, who our partners were to be, may have changed as well. Like musical chairs, we are now lining up with new and different things and with new and different individuals, all dependent upon who landed on this new and other side. The plan changed due to the fact that we all have free will. So then, some of our predestined partners did not cross over with us, as they chose to remain stuck, they were damaged or too overloaded by the challenges the ascension process created, or they did not grow or expand as they had planned. In this way, we were then given very new “ultimate” partners. These new partners or connections are still very intense and very heartfelt nonetheless. But being that so much changed at the very last moment, or the moment of the final separation of the worlds, some souls literally jumped across the chasm at the very last moment. They grabbed on for dear life, and now, they have a lot of catching up to do. These souls are currently living on the dimensional border, and far from our reaches, but in time, we will unite with them it complete totality….in two years, or rather in 2012. Because they crossed over at the very last moment, many of them must still complete their soul scripts before they are free to experience their heaven on Earth and to then join us in all ways. As the earth is now in her rightful place in the cosmos, we are also in our rightful places as well. So even though there has been so much change and restructuring, and great movement due to all the sudden changes, things are indeed lining up, if even in new and different ways. Our new and rightful partners will open our hearts once again. They hold the keys that only they can hold for us. And as they reach within the very fiber of our hearts, we will experience a joy, an excitement, a relief, and a gratitude that is near impossible to describe. So now we are creating from our hearts. We are following the path of our hearts, if even it does not make sense. We can know with complete certainty, that if we allow our hearts to guide us and lead the way, we will ultimately experience our heaven on Earth in times to come. WORLD PUJA NETWORK "December Energies And Their Impulses" by Maureen Moss Dearest Hearts, As always, I pray you are well. What a compelling energetic month we are in the midst of with the energies of dynamic transformative radiant Love pouring in and through us that began on the portal day of the 11-11 and continue during the portal days of the 12-12 and 12-21. Combined, these three portals form the Triad Star Gates of Love where both negative and positive energies are neutralized and become One Pure Energy of Love. Key words are Love and Neutralized. Never before has this pure and loving Trinity of Energy, one after the other, been dispensed in and through us, impulsing us rapidly time and again to stoke the fires of our own intuition, reminding us that it is time to become One Pure Energy within ourselves. Some may wonder why, if this energy is Pure Love, do I feel turbulent or even aggressive energy? The short answer is that this highly stepped up energy finds the places in each of us and in the mass consciousness (which we are linked to), where love is not. Each impulse can and will be felt within you in whatever order is necessary to engage you into a pro-active state with them. For some, the impulses have already begun, and actions born solely out of authenticity and love are being taken. These December impulses will assist to strengthen and focus your present and future actions evermore. For many there will be an exquisite burst of Love that accompanies these impulses and a deep knowing that a cycle of personal disharmony has ended and a harmonious new one begun. You will continue to make discoveries about yourself you have never made before. On both the 12-12 and the 12-21, it will serve you greatly to put yourself in a receptive, undistracted state of being for as long as possible. THE IMPULSES The first impulse will be to make the leap from dual nature to authentic nature, once and for all and all of the time. There is no getting around the fact that wherever duality is, harmony is not, power is lost and chaos ensues. This is not the state of an ascended being. You are being supported to investigate, and then let every component of your dual nature be transmuted, regardless of the logic of your mind or the opinion of others. This first impulse requires your undivided, kind and gentle attention. You know the difference between your two natures. Unlike your dual nature, your authentic nature isn't at war with itself. It's the nature that has completed its fascination with conflict, separation, imbalance, drama and story. It's the one that has no relationship to "I can't" and a strong knowing of I can, for I AM. Your authentic nature, once accepted and worn powerfully, humbly, honestly, and continuously by you, will both energize and support you in your ascension, in your joy, your relationships and your life's work and service. It is the wearing of a dual nature that has been the cause of humanities exhaustion, discord and lack. You are being impulsed to act only in accordance with your authentic nature from this day forward and as such, you are promised all of the Universal support and magic to start anew or continue on your decisive intentional harmonious journey forward. Grab your power, harness the energies in the moment and step into the real you. Then watch what happens to your reality! Suggestion: Monitor yourself. Make 7 stops during the day and ask yourself this question. Am I being real? Yes or no are your only choices. Be honest and course correct anytime. There is no penalty for honesty. The second impulse will prompt you to allow your heart to burst wide open. This will be your life's greatest blessing. Being openhearted, transparent, vulnerable and unrestricted will change the course of your life, and make a difference in the heart of humanity. Please know that your life experiences were never intended to be heart attacks or provide material for you to build walls out of. Only your mind would tell you that an experience of the heart was an excuse to shut it down. Love travels far and wide through every open heart. It is the only healing agent in existence. The more joy and love you flow from your heart, and into your heart, the greater the chances for a mass healing in human consciousness. In addition it is the only chance for our beloved Mother Earth to heal from not only a blatant disregard for her, but from the negative emotions that we have all put into her, while walking on her back. Love is the only way for all of nature to thrive, and the animal and mineral kingdoms to be safe. During these portal days you will feel frequency pulses of the One Pure Energy around your heart chakra as the magnificence of this energy bores through ancient walls. Release your pain, the emotions and the stories and allow your heart to return to its original state. It cannot function behind walls or lock down and it cannot be selective about what it will or will not open up to. Let it be free, you are safe. Many ask, "How may I best serve the Light?" The answer: open your heart. Allow your heart to become the instrument of your affection and diligently learn the ways to think through it, rather than around it. Suggestion: Each morning consciously engage with your heart. These words will help you. "Beloved heart of mine, the portal to all that is. I enter into you humbly and unguarded this day. I deposit my stories and excuses outside of your gateway. They no longer serve me. Please guide me through every step of my day. Beloved heart of mine, I set you free. I love you. I trust you. I will follow you. Together we are free. The third impulse will be to let your imagination run wild. If you pay attention you will feel these energetic impulses stirring things up that have been buried deep, deep inside of you, things you may have barely dared to let come up and into the Light of day, for fear they would be looked upon as foolish, unlikely or impossible to accomplish. Everything in alignment with your authentic nature is possible. Everything. You are being impulsed to let your imagination run wild to motivate you towards your passions and away from passivity. Passivity comes from a dual nature, exhausted by its fight to survive. You are neither too old nor too young to build the life of your dreams starting now. Let your imagination run wild. See the end as your desired state and run with it. Bring your dreams to life first through your imagination, and then by your actions. Imagine God as your partner, and go for it. A life lived without passion is an incomplete life. The upper regions of the 4th dimension and the entire 5th and 6th dimensions have no interest in hosting any who have separated from their passions. If you've separated from your passions, you have separated from your soul. Let the energy impulses assist you in realignment to this most significant part of yourself. Suggestion: Every day go into stillness with eyes wide open for 20 to 30 minutes. If you can go outside and gaze at the sky while doing this, please do. If you can go into nature and do it, please do. If neither are available for you stare deeply into a crystal or the flame of a candle. Ask your imagination to come up and play. Don't judge anything that comes up as absurd. Write down everything that your imagination delivers to you. Your imagination will lead you away from third dimensional restrictions and stagnant states of mind. Follow it. Albert Einstein said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge." William Blake was quoted as saying, "Imagination is human existence itself." As we close this cycle of time, and enter a new one, foreign in great part to what we are conditioned to, it is vital to employ the ways in which to direct your life purposefully. There is a crumbling energy and sense of emptiness in the energy of this month. December will bring the crumbling of old structures, beliefs, relationships, or anything that is no longer working toward your highest good. Any structures that you have in your lives that do not work for you anymore are going to crumble. They are not going to begin to crumble – the beginning occurred a long time ago. This month they are going to actually crumble. The crumbling will not necessarily cause mass devastation this month. It is likely to be most evident in your personal lives, and it may feel quite dramatic to some of you depending on how you choose to react. The emptiness is the energetic reflection of the fact that all of you, individually and collectively, are wiping the slate clean. You have been working hard to assess and understand what no longer works for you and what you need in order to sustain your forward movement. This month will bring a sense of a final letting go. Some of the behavioral patterns that you have struggled with all of your life, some of the relationships that you felt would never be resolved, and many issues you have faced time and again -- all of them are available to be reset this month. This clearing the slate and resetting will not occur through work. All of the work has already been done. This month the clearing of the slate will be accomplished through passively and graciously letting go. This is a great month to try to let go of control, and to let go of your expectations. It is an important time to acknowledge the other peoples truths, or to finally shrug and decide you will be okay either way, no matter what the situation may be. The energy of this month certainly does have an element of destruction and that emptiness can feel a lot like despair to some of you, but it does not need to feel like despair. The emptiness is also incredibly enlightening and incredibly refreshing if you are willing to let go. If you find yourself despairing this month, consider that you are holding onto something that no longer exists. You may be holding onto an illusion, an old hope or expectation, or an idea about what should happen. You may be holding onto an attachment to other people's behavior -- which is something you have never been able to control, even if you were very good at manipulating it. If you feel despair this month, look for what you are holding onto and find a way to let it go. Embrace a sense of emptiness this month. Empty yourself of ego, empty yourself of expectations or agendas and sit back and enjoy the show. Make room this month to connect with loved ones, to embrace the relationships that do work well, and to embrace the simple, beautiful perspective that comes when you operate from allowing -- allowing what is to be exactly what it is as opposed to trying. Work on allowing rather than trying this month. Are there any power days that we should be aware of this month? December 12 is kind of like a tethering point, a grounding point. December 12 for some of you will be a turning point. You will find a distinct opportunity on December 12 to make a decision to either hold on or let go. The thing that will serve you best this month is to let go. For others of you will find it is a really grounding day. It is a day that is just like the way a tether works when it is holding down a balloon or holding a boat in place. It is a point that keeps things in place, it holds them down so they do not float away or get out of control. You will be able to find a sense of reassurance. This is a great day to focus on those things that do work for you, to turn your time and attention toward those relationships and activities that do feed your soul, that do nurture you and help you feel as if you are your best possible self. Is there anything else the Keepers want to tell us about December of 2009? There is a sense of a collective inhalation this month, as if all of you are taking a breath in and pausing for a moment. You may find this month that there is a sense of insularity. People may become less open and more protective of their time, emotions, and other parts of their lives. You will see a lot of people feeling so overwhelmed that they cannot take in any more information, or feeling so overwhelmed that it is difficult for them to reach out and empathize with others. For each of you individually, do your best to release judgment and trust that people will be on their best behavior later. This month will be overwhelming for quite a few of you, particularly those of you who are not aware that this energy is coming. For those of you reading this message, you are likely to understand when you feel overwhelmed that you need to let go of something. Have patience and compassion for those around you who may not realize this, who will get so locked up in the battle to hold onto something that no longer works or even no longer exists, that they get really tired. They are going to draw into themselves. It may appear as if many people are more selfish this month than usual. Know that it is only because they have become insular. They have drawn into themselves in order to survive their own resistance. Rest assured that resistance will be forced to release in the coming year. Do not fight with people. Do not try to push them to understand things or do things that they are not ready to do. Trust that their own lives will lead them to their best selves later on. This is a great month for compassion and patience. You will be most successfully by being passive rather than active this month. Do not look for things to do. Look for reasons to sit back and watch events unfold through the eyes of Love. This is the best way to work with this very open white light, peaceful energy of letting go.
