This woman is a true hostess in the most old-fashioned, Southern-hospitality sense of the word, but also in the most hottie, creative, and amusing San Francisco way that you could think of. What she does brings to mind for me what I would imagine to be a contemporary version of the shenanigans and deliciousness of Kiki and Man Ray's world of the1920's and 30's. Somehow she manages to do this without a scrap of the pretentiousness and zero tolerance for the nasty side of excess that could easily go along with it. This is not easy to pull off, but somehow she does, with finesse and warmth. Thank you, Pierced Angel.
