Now this is ridiculous!

I really have to talk to Thistle about those peeps she's supposed to be supervising. Now they're making me into a cowardly lion?! I think not!

Bowed again!

Dang it! Those girls in the grooming room got me again! Thistle wasn't feeling well today and I guess the girls wanted to make her laugh, so they did this to me! well, at least it did make her laugh...guess it was worth it

I was attacked!

Thistle was taking me for my evening walk and while sniffing a particularly interesting bush, this humongous bumble bee comes out of nowhere and pelts me on the back! Ewww!!!
I hate buzzy things and bumble bees is de worst! I freaked out and wanted to leap around and bite at dat nasty horrid bee, but Thistle made me sit still and calm down cause she thought for sure de bumble bee had gone.
She was right, but I still gets a little nervous anytime I thinks of dat bee attacking me. *shudders*
Nasty, stupid, awful buzzy bees! Yecchhh!!!!

Moving is Fun!

Don't know what my Mom's been complainin' about. I love moving! She found one of my long-lost mostest favorite toys, we get to stay in a big, bright place with windows low enough for me to look out of and bark at da peeples below, there's been lotsa peeples coming in and out, working on all sorts of stuff, and they all stop to pet me and give me belly rubs, (plus, Mom gives me cheese to stay outa their way) and I gots to meet Auntie Charo!
I don't think she liked it when I barged in on her in de potty, but she took it all in stride...she's a good doggie person!

As long as I still have my bed, and my toys and my Mom, moving is A-okay in my book!

Food or cologne?

For those who don't know, I work at a pet store and help my Mom while she tortures other dogs by washing off months of glorious aroma combinations. One of my best friends there is a guy named Will who feeds me all sorts of neat stuff. His favorite thing is to offer me various odd sources of protein and see if I'll eat them. So far I've decided that crickets are just awful, but waxworms, mealworms and feeder goldfish are just terriff!
Well, today he was off the mark. He wanted to see if I'd eat a fish that didn't squiggle. He just doesn't seem to understand that there is a time in a fish's life when it ceases to be food, and turns into a wonderful cologne.
I tried really hard to roll on the dead fish and cover myself with wonder, but Mom stopped me on the first dive. She's just no fun. grrrr
